It is one of the best colleges to study every thing about BMS is outstanding the college is not just about academics, but is into every extracurricular activity it has people from all parts of the world and all parts of the country studying here i would rate this as no.1 college in Bangalore for Engineering.

There is a internal and a external exam. Internal exam is of 50 marks. External exam is of 50 which makes 100 in total. There are 3 internals for each subject , each internal is of 40 marks. Out of which 2 best marks are chosen and round to 40 marks and there are two quizes which is rounded to 10 marks - 50 in total for internals. External is of 100 marks which is round to 50 marks.Therefore 100 marks in total for each subject.

It has a good placement record for the CSE department, and the placements are decent for other branches. The plus point is that more than 300 companies visit the campus every year for campus placements. Thus getting into a core company and doing what you love gets easier because of this college. The placement statistics for this year are not out yet. We are expecting that more than 90% of the students to be placed from Cse department.

If you are an student admitted through Cet the fee is less which around 65k per year through Management quota the fees is very expensive which is around 3L per year and the donation is around 20L for CSE.

For Karnataka people there are so many scholarships from trusts around the state mostly for backward caste and HK region, scholarships based on the merit also given by government. College helps us in applying process and keeps us updated.

Labs are updated with latest softwares but need to give proper training to students rather than for marks. We have separate building for sports where importance is given to each others opinion and have a very encouraging staff and fit PET masters.

Seniors are very helpful in every aspect regarding to college and clubs. You can get very good insight from a helpful senior. Alumini network meeting will be held after every semester and prizes are distributed for toppers and insightful speeches are thrown out.

Minimum Requirements. For admission to first year of BE, the candidate must have passed intermediate examination of Karnataka Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University; Securing minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST) marks in total of required subject combination (two compulsory & one optional subject). A rank within 4000 in KCET would fetch you a seat in Bmsce.

Teachers in our college are very helpful, very qualified with degrees. They help us to get internships. They send us for an industrial visit from second years. They help us in many other extra projects, and they sponsor for any new ideas which come up from the students.
