Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum for the BTech course is defined by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and is common for all the affiliated institutions. Which is strictly based on the guidelines of AICTE, GGSIPU conducts the examination of all the course, twice a year in semester system, BTech course comprises of 8 semesters, 2 per year.
Placement Experience
The placement record of MSIT, is excellent throughout the years, the students who need a job, are definitely going to get one from here at MSIT. Average package is around 4-5. Various enormous companies like Microsoft, Adobe, accenture, Infosys, visit the campus annually.
College Events
Annual technical fests are celebrated at MSIT, ENVA, AVENSIS and a cultural fest organized by Rotaract club, and sports activities also organized annually, with various technical events throughout the year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees of the college is 1.4 lakhs approximately per anum, fees is feasible as all of the colleges affiliated from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, charge approximately same amount for the BTech program.
Fees and Financial Aid
College doesn't provide any scholarship, or loan, scholarship is provided by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, for the students with low economic background.or the students who score marks in distinction.
Campus Life
Labs are well equipped with the ample amount of the lab equipment needed to the students which is usually in ratio of 1:1, labs are well maintained with the all necessary equipments and appliances. Ground is there with approximately all the sports facilities available.
Alumni/Alumna
There's no auch alumni network, because most of the passed out students of Maharaja surajmal institute of technology, are placed in companies like Infosys and accenture with the job location mostly southern part of India, hence there's no such alumni network because they're already busy in building their career.
Admission
I got admission in lateral entry of BTech (ECE), through the entrance examination conducted by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, for lateral entry admission, the cutoff is declared after the entrance exam for the admission process.
Faculty
Faculty at MSIT, is well educated and best at their job of teaching, almost all the teachers are experience holders, teaching at MSIT. All the faculty at MSIT is post graduated in their respective fields. And UGC NET qualified.
