College Review

Positive- campus is good, greenry is great here. Placements are quite good and sports facilities and other co curricular acctivies like singing dancing painting helps in our all round development. Bus facility is available with reasonable cost. Negative- far away from city. And as it is near forest so there are few monkeya in our college.

Course curriculum is quite good. The topics or subjects are sorted according to semester are good. Exam structure has mainly two exams per subject per semester namely mid-sems and end-sems but a it depends on teacher of that course that he/she can have class test too which also contribute in weighted of that course.

Placements of our college are good as compared to other non-iit and non-nit colleges. Like previous year our college average package was 10.4 lakhs and heighest was 40 lakhs(off-campus) and 29.5 lakhs(on-campus). Many big companies came to our college for job and internship recruitment like amazon, adobe, innovacer, directi, etc. As I'm currently in 3rd year so i can only apply for internship and i gave the coding round for amazon but doesn't qualify for it. 15 students of our batch got selected.

Our college mainly has 6 fest namely rubaroo (Freshers party), Vivacity (Cultural fest), Desportivos (Sports fest), Plinth (Tech fest), Nostalgia (farewell), Convocation, Our college also celebrates indian festivals too like diwali, holi, dusserra, durga pooja, janmasthmi, etc. All events are done and enjoyed with great enthusiasm.

Fee structure is a little expensive. For the newest batch 1 semester fees is 1,95,000/- rupees(for indian students) and for foreign students fees is - (USD 7,735 + RS 62,500) which includes tution fees, mess charges, hostel charges, electicity, net avability, library and all other expenses.

Therw are many scolarships programs- 1. For 1st year students according to merit list of jee advance studenst with AIR upto 12000. 2. From 2nd year onwards students get scholarship based on acadmic performances (9.0 cgpa or above). Our college has tie up with some banks like icici bank so a student can have education loan from there.

All labs in our college are well equiped with new technology. Our college has many sports including outdoor and indoor too. Like football, cricket, batminton, squash, boxing, basketball, chess, T.T, vollyball. Our college also has a student activity center.

Alumni network is good in our college. There is a club in our college Alumni association which regualrly invites a alumni for a talk and they also helps in recommendation in companies. Seniors here are quite helpful, i can recall my starting days when I'm struggling to get a good cgpa i asked many seniors what to do and they never hesitated to share there experience and guide me to a good path.

A student can get into our college by filling an application form and according to JEE MAINS marks cut off for different branches are defiend for the first round. Mainly there are 3 rounds for the admission of students but it can extent to 4th round too according to no of seats left.

Faculty of our college are well qualified. And they have quite good knowledge of the subject they are teaching. Some of them are quite good in explaining queries apart from there subject regarding our future.
