College review

Positive is the campus if fully filled with trees nowhere you could see empty place. The only college in INDIA to have all the trees and zero pollution campus no bikes cars are allowed into college including faculty vehicles. Animals like friendly dogs and lots of friendly monkeys will be roaming on roads. Negative are food they decrease the taste and a bit quality after some days of joining. Slowly you will be distracted and fed up with the food and some faculty they don't know how to deal students and how to make students interested in class.

We have different curriculum for different years.I'm now in second year we have college from morning 9 to evng 5. We have 8 periods a day each is of 50minutes. Exams - two mid exams in a semester and a final exam.there will be two lab internals and one lab external. And online quizzes are apart.

Expensive for the middle class people and our college has more number of middle class people only. For an ECE guy 2018 joining the fee is 2.1lakh for college only and one lakh for hostel. Fee should be paid in two halves before each semester. In this way by making halves they are making good for us so as our family can arrange fee a bit easier.

A scholarship will be given depending on your caste and no scholarship for OC guys.and handicapped people get ther fee discount. If you maintain a CGPA of 9 above a discount of 25000 will be given for the next semester. College will help in getting education loan.

Sports you are free to play sports after or before your college hours. faculty and requirements will be provided. Labs are good and descent sizes with good equipments and some labs are old and some are brand new.with some friendly and some non friendly faculty. There are also computer labs both old and new in each block. Mainly each student has their own laptop.

Hostel for boys (only first year in college boundary) is of two big buildings with 7 floors and lifts and each big room consists of two big rooms and two small rooms and each has its attached bathroom and a common bathroom in hall and a very large hall with a Descent sized balcony (both AC and non AC available). AC (3bed) 1.05lakh (2bed) 1.15lakh. Non AC (3bed) 1lakh (2bed) 1.05lakh. Electricity bill should be paid by us (prepaid). Geyser also available in common bathroom.

Seniors are helpful in the way we use them and zero ragging as our college is famous for that retired army people will be placed for control ragging. Those people see all these issues. I didnot find any ragging since my joining.

I have written entrance exam for my college in which I have got a descent rank to get a seat in ECE dept. There will be a help desk where people regarding admission process will be there ( I have joined just before one day the college started I didnot attend counselling).

Many of the faculty are doctrairs everyone is good at their subject but only some of them are very excellent in teacing and friendly to the student's and some don't know to teach the whole class but they teach us if we personally go and ask any doubts.
