Remarks

The college focuses on overall development of the students and provide you every possible help to understand your life and work. With this there is lack of good faculty which our institution lacks and there are very few experienced team of teachers.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is two semesters a year and the exam structure is you have to give one semester end and there will be 100 marks for internals. So you have to score 60 percentage in internals and overall 50 percent is required to pass a course.

Placement Experience

3

The placement are not good per se but yes they provide you an opportunity to take the internship and partner with the organisation and show them your talent so that they can hire you and there are many such examples for this. And stipend depends upon the place you are working there is nothing a college can do.

College Events

3

There are some sports and cultural events organised by the college and also various academic events such as Mott courts , model United Nations, parliamentary debate Pratinidhatva ILNU moot Scintilla Vibes Umang

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure as compared to other private colleges is normal but it can be hard for a middle class to afford the cost. It is around 3 lakhs per annum tuition fees and it doesn't include hostel and mess facility.

Fees and Financial Aid

As such there is no loan facility provided by the college but you are always welcome by the bank for loans at personal level also there is one scholarship provided for the top rankers in the CLAT at the time of admission which gives you the chance for the waiver of the full tuition fess.

Campus Life

5

There is a good sports ground and the students are regularly on the hunch for a good game so you can easily pick a match in cricket basketball volleyball or badminton or the football. Also there are calls from the other colleges so you can represent the college in other institutions.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

The college does not provide hostel for undergraduate student and there are nearby hostel and flats that many students prefer for accomodation and there are good hostels nearby which provides good infrastructure.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumani network is quite helpful and they help you approach people whom you have not been in contact for long and they help you with any professional requirements which anyone might face at the time of working.

Admission

Admission is through the common law admission test. And there is a seperate form for the college that must be filled after the CLAT. So the merit is formed on the basis ranking in clat and further the admission process is followed.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty is not very good but there are certain teacher bwho have managed to bring justice to the course they were offering and they try every bit to make you understand the topic so there are mixed feelings for the faculty and yes there were teachers who were not up to the mark.

Placement Experience:

Our campus placements start from 4th year and like by the end of 5th year, most students are placed. Many corporate firms and with Gift City setting up most jobs were offered in the GIFT CITY. Even almost all the top law firms also have their branches in Ahmedabad and so that is where placements are done.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of the major reasons why I chose this course was that this was very unique , bsc in data science along with LLB is very new in the market, although it has it's own drawbacks, in the real world, there is not much demand for technocrat lawyers right now but with time this will increase. The major improvement would be the inclusion of other fields of law like IP, arbitration etc. There are three components for exams, one is mid sems which is held in the starting two months of the semester and after two months is the end sems. The semester are pretty short which is why we get time for internships and which provides us very nice exposure for real-world.

Placement Experience:

After 4th year, students are eligible to sit for placements. Some students also receive a pre-placement offer in the 4th year itself. The students are first prepared for day zero, i.e., placement day, beforehand by conducting a mock interview, which is a voluntary session conducted by the placement committee. CV Vetting workshops are also conducted in the eighth semester because at the end of the 8th semester, the placements are made where tier-1 companies like Khaitan, AZB Partners, CAM, SAM, Trilegal, etc. In-house firms like Adani, ICICI Bank, Tata, and more come for recruiting students. Some students sit for placement; others who want to prepare for government exams like judiciary, UPSC, Public Prosecutor, etc. refrain from sitting in placements.

In a law firm, there are no placements you have to get knowledge and then you can go to practice under any lawyer whichever you want and then you can do an internship in under of that lawyer. And you can stay in your own firm also. My plans for after passed out to practice under a very prestigious lawyer and get experience.
