My thoughts

My college is the best in our district and also one of the best and renowned in our state. It is the only college in West Bengal to have 3 A grades in a row by the naac. Our college doesn't have any course for commerce students so I think that's a negative point.

I have chemistry honors which is a three year course. So there is six semesters. One semester starts in the month of June and other in January. On the basis of our performance in exam university gives us credit points. We have two types of exam. Theory and practical. Theory paper is 25 marks and practical paper is 15.and we also have an internal assessment test which is taken by our teachers(10marks). so total of 50/ paper. And we usually have 4 or5 per semester.

Actually after bsc there is no such chance of placements. You've to do yours master study on that particular subject then which is not available in my college for all subjects especially science subjects. Yes for those students who are financially poor they gave a internship. They pay a part of their admission fees and also allow them their tuition fees.

1.exhibition for all departmental students. 2.sports day. 3.student seminars and seminars from renowned professors. 4.teachers day. 5.plantation day. 6.freshers welcome function. 7.christmas Eve. 8.cultural functions in new year celebration. 9.deparmental tours.

Our college provides us a very low fees structure.we just have to pay around 3500 to 4000 rs per year which is pretty much less then compared to other institutions in big cities providing the same course.

Yes, I previously told that our college provides a scholarship for financially poor students. They pay apart of their admission fees and also allow them their tuition fees. If any student need any financial support our college also help them.

Our college has a course on physical education which is called bped. And extracurricular activities are also good. We have three play grounds in our campus. Where various types of outdoor games are played. We also have indoor game center. A doctor also attend the college twice a week for student check up.

Yes, there are 5 hostels of our college. 2 for the girls 3 for the boys. All hostels buildings are big enough for containg 150 students. The distance between college and hostels are about 50 meters. All students have there personal rooms. Bed table chairs are also provided. There is also strict rules against ragging.

Yes, we have brotherly relationship between us. We called them in our farewell programs and teachers day celebrations.they also come on student seminars and exhibitions. Every department has a WhatsApp group where everyone from that department keep in touch.

Our college put a online notice for admission of new students.and I apply for it. After a certain date College published merit lists. My name was there. So I pay the admission fees. And one day they call us for verification of our legal documents. Once we get verified they told us to attend classes regularly.

They are very helpful. Actually we have a friendly relationship between us. They always supports us and think about us. Our teachers are well qualified in eminent institution of India. And they try there very best to help us in our courses.
