College review

Could be better. Teaching facility can be far increased. More events can be conducted. Some useful assignment can be done instead of copy paste work. Better involvement in final year projects. Outcome based learning.

Course curriculum is according to the university. In each semester there are 8 subject including labs. Schedule of a week is like, 4 classes for all six days (Sunday holiday) 3 morning session and 3 afternoon. Three or two days labs and one day every week there will be extra classes. There will be three internal assessments which are written test of 30 marks for each subject. And there be also assignments which go along the internal assessment tests.

Most of the the company which come to our College to hire people are worst Except few. There are few good options for getting placed in good companies through University conducted drives. College started providing internship program when university made it a pet of curriculum. And by the way it's not even an internship. It's like STTP. Stipend?. Forget about stipend you will be charged for internship.

It is expensive for management quota. It ranges from 1 lakh to 2 lakhs per year. For students who enter through KCET it's around 50k to 70k per year. It includes everything except examination fees and hostel.

As far as I know College do not provide any scholarship but I may be wrong. Similarly on case of loan facility. There are scholarship available based on a system from government which is linked with College.

Extracurricular activities are not much which can be seen around. Sports department is good. Labs are according to standards but few labs are not. Overall it's average experience anyone can get. Nothing much can be expected.

Not opted for hostel. But hostel is quiet decent. Infrastructure is good and facilities are also good. Food is ok. Hostel is within the College campus. Can't say much since did not opt for hostel facility.

Never had any connection with alumni network since I recently passed out. There is some online program for alumni network. Although never used that. Never been in contact with senior via College. You can not expect that college will get you some good placement, not everyone, very few.

Either by counselling through Karnataka common entrance test (Kcet) or by management system. Taking a form from administration office and filling out all the details and arranging the required documents. Then submitting them to office and payment of fees.

Honestly speaking it's average and sometimes below average. Syllabus of course is never completed in any semester. Some labs are properly maintained according to standards but some are unacceptable. Assignment are just bulk load of copy paste work. There are rarely any events and career guidance. Teaching quality is terrible. No professionalism.
