Ranked no 1 in chennai, well known college in the Andhra.our college has the good name and fame. We have the 100% placements. We have Naac A grade. Times of India rated our college.Our college provides bus facelity.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our college is on Choice based credit system.we can choose our own subject and faculty. Totally we have 8 semester exams. We have many workshops and guest lecturer. we can have assignment. many projects are there.

Placement Experience

Our college conducts many placement drives. Many students got selected in companies recently. Our college gives the placement trainings from the first year itself. Whicn makes students to get more knowledge about the appitude skills.

College Events

Our college celebrate each and every festival.As our college has the students from every part of India. We have vinayaka chavithi, onam, teachers day, pongal, bathukama, holi, lavaza college fest, freshers day, flash moobs.

Fees and Financial Aid

College offers scholarship, as well as loan. Scholarship is based on 12th grade and college entrance exam.we can get the 75% scholarship. So that merit students can have more benift. College also provides many resources for merits.

By the college PR's, who visited our college. While I am studying 12th standard. They Have explained the college detail's and fee structure.we took up an entrance exam. By the result we got the call latter from they college.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

Before admitting in Vel Tech, I've applied in Quaid E Millath, Queen Mary's College, Nandanam Arts college, Presidency college.I chose Veltech over these because It helps me financially and academically.Even though i had less marks Veltech admitted me. Yes I did get a rejection from other colleges due to my less performance in 12th Standard. It happened because of my medical issues. Admission process in Vel Tech was so simple and Neat First they will be asking for the following Aadhar 10th, 11th, 12th Mark Sheets 12th Certificate TC certificate Caste Certificate Income Certificate Bonafide (if necessary) And then we are requested to pay the full fee amount I joined through management quota. Firstly I haven't got good marks in my APEAMCET exam and next thing is I came to know that my relatives sons have also graduated from the Vel tech University.
