Course Curriculum Overview
Industry oriented and very educative course curriculum of 8 semesters each of approx 6 months. We have two exams that is mid semester and end semester exam each semester.Mid semester is of 50 marks consisting of 15 or 30 externals and 35 or 20 internals depending on practical or theory subject and end semester is of 50 marks written exam.
Placement Experience
Placement here are very good as it is one of prestigious government colleges of Uttarpradesh. It has very flourishing network of alumnis. College doesn't provide internship but helps students getting it.
College Events
Adhyay, the biggest technical and cultural fest organized in the college. Aagaz is the largest sports fest. Along with it various hobby, cultural,sports and technical fests are organized in college premises.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible fee structure and also most of students get UP government scholarship. Approx 125000 rupees per year for a student. And approx 52000 rupees for hostel facilities per student. Students admitted under fee waiver category are waived of tution fees.

Students get various UP Government scholarship and Central government scholarship and other firms scholarship. Students admitted under fee waiver category are waived of tution fees. Students can apply for student loan from any desired bank.
Campus Life
It has very modern labs, sports facilities and various sports tournaments are organized by students itself in the college campus. Here laboratory work is highly focused for making students industry oriented. It has a very big mechanical workshop.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel here are with very good facilities. Rooms are single, double and triple capacitive which is seggregately allotted on the basis of lottery system. Mess here provides very hygienic and healthy food.
Alumni/Alumna
The college being established in 1914 has a very good network of alumnis. Alumnis and seniors of this college are very helpful and hence very helpful in placements. Alumnis talks and interactive sessions are organized frequently in the college.
Admission
I appeared for JEE Main exam and after results, I filled the application form for counseling to admission in HBTU, kanpur. After going through similar counseling process as JOSAA, I was admitted in HBTU.
Faculty
Highly qualified faculty. Faculty in this college are very helpful and push the best out of the students' talents in both academics and co-curricular. Teachers are highly dedicated here to train students for industry skills.
