My Journey with BML Munjal University

The college management is very responsive and prompt to any queries or complaints. The management is completely student-driven and all the suggestions are well accounted for by the management. The processes are structured by the college and all the processes are on Coll-Poll App which is a social interface about all the activities in college.

The course curriculum is very wide and holistic in the way that the students have a good hand in designing the course. There is a detailed discussion as to what subjects are more relevant and required in the industry. The suggestions which are not actionable into courses are then converted as workshops.

The average placement of our seniors was 7.95 lakhs per annum. And this year it is aimed to reach more heights. I got placed in Hyundai as a Sales Manager at 8 CTC and I did my internship with Aditya Birla Capital in the marketing communications department. The companies that visit for placements are Antworks, Mount Meru, Hyundai, KPMG, TVS Motors, Hero Fincorp, Qua Qua Experiences, Cargill, Axis Bank, and many others.

I do not recall exact figures but in total my MBA fees along with tuition fees, London -imperial college visit, hostel fees, mess fees, laundry fees are around 16.5 lakhs which now the end of two years I have started to realize and capitalize. In the initial phase, I thought that the fees are too much but now that I have interacted with the students from the colleges of the same tier.

I do have a 10% scholarship through my defense background. The college has tie-ups with different banks and the process of getting an education loan is very easy as compared to the standard processes.

The campus life is very dynamic and lively. There are a lot of extra-curricular activities to engage in and add value to your journey. Extracurricular Activities - Area 51 (Student Recreation Centre), Student Council, Student Ambassadors, Event Management, Student Placement Committee.

The hostel fees for 1 semester is around 80-85 K. The hostel facilities are one of the best that you will find in any college. We have a 24/7 student helpline to cater to all queries and complaints. The rooms are cleaned 2 times is every day along with the common area. You can call cleaners on call. All the facility's complaints are registered on the Coll Poll app and the rooms have one bed, one almirah, one table and a chair.

The alumni network is very responsive. I am in the placement committee and whenever I tried to connect to alumni for placement support. They are very helpful and give out time to guide us for placements and other allied activities. All these alumni are connected through the Alumni Board.

I got the admission in the college through appearing in CAT, whereas the college also excepts scores from other management entrance exams such as XAT. The process was very comprehensive and structured, after applying to the college. I was assigned an admission counselor, she was very sweet and patient with me throughout the process.

The faculty is one thing that I am to date very impressed with the college. The amount of effort and investment that the college does in the selection of faculty is unfathomable. The college is ready to invite faculties recommended by students themselves. It happened various times when we have invited faculties from IIM's, XLRI and faculties who are very popular on Youtube as well. In terms of faculties you will not be disappointed with the quality, maybe methodology one or two times but never on quality.
