My closing remarks would be that this is an amazing tier 3rd college with average in every field you observe. But if you have zeal in you to fight for anything new that would create a major impact on your resume and on fellow students senior faculty members and staff will surely support and guide you through various steps to achieve big.

The course curriculum is mostly like any other college which includes 1st year of science and than respective branches. Exams are held semester wise that includes 2 mid sem terms and 1 main exam. This is applicable for both theoretical and practical subjects.

Placements are good for a 3rd tier college as almost everybody got placed. And everybody gets various chances to sit in placements irrespective of their branches. With most placements in giants like TCS, campgemini, Infosys where package ranges from 3.5 LPA to 7 LPA and avg package is 2.5 LPA. But every year few students still stand apart by getting of campus placements from 6LPA to 50LPA or grab a govt job or foreign studies scholarships.

There are various events held in our college but are not celebrated that enthusiastically. But few events stand apart like annual fest RESONANCE in which few events are too good with awesome performances. Annual inter state hackathon RECKON always sets new record for biggest privately organized hackathon in Rajasthan, TEDxJIET, various regular workshops from industry giants by technical and non technical clubs.

As of today's senerio, I personally find basic fee structure of Engineering very expensive as it does not justify the quality of education that we are gaining. And above it college adds their own fees in various types like library fees etc but library has no new edition of books. So it's expensive.

Their are various scholarships that our college students avail and college admin keeps students aware of new scholarships. Our college claims that students have availed more than 2Cr through various scholarships. Our college also provides cash appreciation to scholar students but no full fledged scholarship are there from college side other than TFWS.

Our college organises annual sports competition and apart from this our college teams went to BITS, IITs and various govt sports tournaments. Other than sports, many workshops, guests lectures and sessions are organized on regular basis to give us a glimpse of industry trends. Usual labs which are used for practical subjects are good but there are few labs which are developed with help of other big companies like IBM lab, Texas Instruments lab, Robotics Lab which are just outstanding.

Yes I opted for hostel and lived their for first 2 years. Hostel facility is pretty bad from infrastructure to food to restrictions. We were totally not allowed to leave hostel until we have an outpass which should be requested a day before from hostel warden and it was upto warden to give us the outpass. Mess food degraded constantly and lack of 24hr canteen makes it even worse. Every year fees is increased by 5K and total fees can go upto 95K per year which is way to expensive than living in Jodhpur where you have much more freedom and facilities.

Senior students are helpful if you are living in hostel because otherwise their is a huge gap between seniors and juniors, but once you start to interact with them they'll help you a lot throughout engineering and after that too. Alumni network is very strong and college organize various meetups to make it even stronger. Alumins which are doing excellent jobs in their fields regularly visits college for motivational and technical discussions.

I got addmission through REAP addmission process. It has 50% seats based on 12th percentage and 50% based on JEE mains marks. I got addmission through JEE marks in which I scored 70 marks from General category.

The senior faculty of my college is very eligible, highly educated and knowledgeable. They are very much excited about new stuffs that students do and encourage them to do more such things with full support. However junior faculty members are still afraid of senior HOD etc so they concentrate more on studies but support silently if your approach, intention and idea is good.
