Overall I am positive of what my college gives me. The institute focuses not only on studies but all other activities that is why we have a lot of clubs funded by college for the sake of students. I love my college
Course Curriculum Overview
I honestly don't like the course curri culum for first years. The course should have only those subjects related to the branch they have opted for so that they can give more time to their branch. Otherwise we have two minor and one mid and one end exam.
Placement Experience
Last year more than 140 companies came for placements and internships overall for all the branches. So the opportunities are quite appealing. The maximum packages range 45+ lakhs per annum and in many branches there is nearly 100 per cent placement
College Events
A lot of events are celebrated every year on various occasions and festivals which are primarily organized by students and two festivals are also there one is technozion which is a technical festival and other is spring spree.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Since the institute is funde by the government of india the fee is very feasible for everyone. To fill gaps there is also a lot of reservation for sc, st, obc and for girls also now. To attract students from outside india thee institute gives fee concessions
Fees and Financial Aid
There are a lot of scholarship programmes for various students available. The college gives scholarships to students depending on the annual income of their family. Also there are free concessions based on the quota.
Campus Life
Some labs are very old There are extra curricular activities and there are two college fests also in a year. Proper sports facilities and staff is not there. There is no proper football ground and cricket ground
Hostel Facilities
Some hostels are very very old and a lot of students complain that it is difficult to live They do not have proper maintenance fir washrooms and there is water leakage during monsoon There is also a lack of rooms
Alumni/Alumna
I am in touch with a lot of seniors and they are very helpful. They have never said no too helping me. They help you in studies and getting into clubs. There are a lot of alumni meets which take place
Admission
An aspirant have to give Jee mains and achieve required number of marks to get into college. This is jossaa process. For students out of india, they have to give SAT and achieve required number of marks and get admission through dasa.
Faculty
In my branch that is ece, the faculty is strict and they are very understanding and cooperative. Overall the professors are very chill and cooperative. In most of the branches the profs don't give assignments but some of them give.
