Positive - Good infrastructure, excellent faculties, Innovation and incubation facilities to promote entrepreneurship, Greenery Negative - over crowded, lack of amenities and stalls within the campus.

Course curriculum is pretty good. However it still need refinement. Practical courses are very limited though. The theory courses are very well structured and syllabus are framed to know in depth about the subject. Exam structure includes two internals and one end semester exam per semester. Internal marks also includes the assignments we submit during the semester.

Placements and job opportunities are not upto the level atleast not for my department. We don't have mandatory internship program. However they help with getting an internship opportunity for interested students.

We have one major cultural event called ORION and numerous minor seasonal and community festival celebrations. We have an organising committee called the Istd-c that has many different cultural subclubs that plans and organizers workshops and events.

Fee structure depends upon our merit. It starts from fifty thousand rupees to a maximum of two lakh rupees. However there are facilities to help financially down students with their tuition fee payments.

Our college has a scholarship facility that helps economically down students in terms of their tuition fee payments. Every year they select around 50-70 students and provides fee concessions and maybe even pay whole tuition fee on behalf of them.

Sports and extracurricular activities are very good and properly managed. Lots of students go out to participate in various intercollegiate and state and national level competitions. Different clubs are also running in the campus to promote such extracurricular activities among the students.

There's an active alumni association for every department and in general as well. They are spread throughout the globe and are helpful in many aspects towards the welfare and development of the university and current students.

I submitted my application in person and I had an interview regarding what kind of program I want to choose and based on my merit I was granted a seat in B.tech Bio-Tech program. I also attended an entrance test prior submitting my application.

Faculties are very well trained and have ample experience in teaching. Subject experts are chosen to handle specific courses and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Many of the facilities are overseas trained and have numerous research projects going on sidewise.
