Lucknow University is a good college situated in the capital of Uttar Pradesh India. Administration of not very efficient but they are just fine. The campus is developing and becoming better and bigger. It is government college with good standards and a good new campus in jankipuram where I'm pursuing BTech.

BTech is a nice curriculum in which future engineers are constructed which helps in a developing country. Here in Lucknow University BTech has department faculty of engineering. This course is semester-based completed in 8 semesters of 6 months each. Each subject consists of 100 marks total including 70 marks of theory paper + 20 marks of internal+5 marks of attendance+5 marks of assignments making a total of 100. Practical exams include separate 50 marks. The necessary criteria to give exam is 60 percent attendance.

In my college Btech started two years ago so there is now no placements till date as BTech is a four-year course. After a year anyone can say about placement and job opportunities in Lucknow University. There is training and cell created in our college.

Various events are held in Lucknow University as co curricular activities are also necessary for overall development of students. Some recent events are : 1. On 21 September 2019 workshop on MACHINE LEARNING was conducted in our college organised by Google in which we were told about basic of machine learning and artificial intelligence. We also came to know about GOOGLE CROWDSOURCE and all registered in that and actively participated in that. 2. Robotics competition named TECHAARDHON was few months ago in our college in which we learn about basic robotics. 3. Various competition on painting,drawing, sketch, badminton tournament, cricket tournament ,chess and so on were also held in the span of last one year.

Fee structure is quite expensive about 60000 Indian rupees per semester costing 1.20 lakh rupees per year. And for completion of full course total fees requirement is of nearly 5 lakh rupees or we can say half a million rupees for completion of course.

Students can avail scholarship facilities by filling out a scholarship form under the government of Uttar Pradesh. This scholarship form is approved by the college and the scholarship is provided directly to the bank account of a student by Samantha Kalyan vibhag of government. The loan can be avail by contacting the nearest bank for detail if it is possible.

Various extracurricular activities are held in Lucknow university like painting, drawing, sketching, badminton tournaments, cricket tournaments, chess, and so on as mentioned above. There are proper labs of each subject yet they are maintained providing a practical idea of concepts that were taught in class. There are various student bodies which along with teachers organize various events.

I am a day scholar and I have not opted for hostel in my college I live in my own house. But some of my friends live in hostel of our campus. There is good in hostel with proper food to eat at specific time and proper cleaning and facility of fresh clean cool drinking water.

Lucknow University has its alumni reached to the height of its success as this college was founded more than 100 years ago in Lucknow located in Uttar Pradesh India. Yet the course I'm pursuing started is not very old so not much alumni network developed. Seniors are helpful and they provide all study aids so that all can study and grow together with the feeling of brotherhood.

I got admission from counselling of exam conducted by Abdul kalam technical university (aktu). This is the exam held state level in uttar pradesh. We can also apply for direct admission in this college on the basis of result of class 12 board.

There are good faculty at college mostly they have knowledge and experience. Many faculty members are PhD holder from reputed colleges. All faculties are regular to class and are sincere are hardworking to make future of students better.
