You have to work really hard in the academics if you are a foreign candidate. If you are from JEE then its moslt chill here. The system is quite good and organized manner. Day by day it is getting improved.

I think the course curriculum is quite old and need to be refreshed according to the present level of Technology. As an electronics and communication student, I really feel that its should be changed because day by this new technologies are being adopted leaving the old ones.

Yes, it provides internship and placement in many good companies like DE Shaw,Microsoft, Amazon, Uber, Wipro, JP Morgan,etc. But the main thing to see is most of the jobs and interns are related to software. The number of core branch companies like civil, electronics, mechanical are less.

Technozion- It is a tech fest held every year in the college in the month of October or November. Several stalls are made by students showing their talents. Students from all over the country visit during this time. Springspree- This fest is mostly about the cultural fest with varioud types of games and programs mostly related to extra curricular activities.

Fee for foreign students in SII - 1000$ per sem. Fee for foreign dasa - 2000$ per sem. Fee for indians- 63000 per sem. As a government college the fee is quite affordable. Hostels and mess are cheap but quality of food is good. I think the college charges very minimal from students.

This is only for indian students.Those whose parents salary is vey less ie around 2 lakhs per year can submit a income certificate and get full scholarship. Many of my friends are having that scholarship.

Extraa curricular activities are very good in the college. We have a stadium, gyms in hostels, basketball court, tennis court, badminton court, volleyball court, etc. Labs are alse good but changes with new equipments are necessary.

All the foreign students except the first years get single room in the college hostel. The rooms are quite nice. From second year we have a separate hostel for international students having a personal attached bathroom and a small balcony.

Yes, they are extremely helpful. Every year we have many meetup with our alumnis. They talk about life after college any many extra things as a guide. They have gifted a ambulance with is always inside the college and some electrical riskshaws.

Study in Indian program (MHRD) -This program is only for the foreign students who wants to study in india. The entrance criteria for NITs for foreign students in this scheme is SAT subject tests. For the local indian candidates JEE exam should be qualified and rank should be between the cutoff.

Some of them are pretty good, most of them are helpful.Some professors are soo old that they cant even teach nicely. But anyways they try to help the student as far as possible. The new young professors of electronics department are very enthusiastic and they usually talk about the new technologies in the market place right now.
