Positive and negative are the different sides of the same coin. The positive aspects being the ever ready helping management, faculty and all the departments. The aspects which need improvement is providing large cafeteria and food court for the students and the need of a separate administrative block.

The course curriculum is prescribed by VTU. It is outdated but the college puts it's earnest efforts to make students aware of the recent technology and workshops are conducted on a regular basis so that the students have hands on experience in the existing technology. The students need to give 3 internals consisting of 30 or 40 marks depending on the cbcs scheme. The internals lab exam are held by the teaching faculty at the respective labs. For external exma the schedule is given by the VTU and the exams including the praticals are held according to VTU time table.

The TAP department works very hard to place each and every student. As a result regular training and placement workshop are conducted for a span of a week at the beginning of every semester. The college is partner with Bizotic which provides company specific training for reputed companies so that the students can ace at the company placement. As for internship the faculty helps the student to work as an intern in reputed companies but about the stipend it varies from company to company and the performance of student in the company as intern.

The events celebrated in college are Vidyuth, Aspera E-Week, Barcamp events and Literature Club events. Vidyuth is the college fest which is celebrated every even semesters. It a one week activity filled with co-curricular activities which includes gaming event such as Fifa, counter strike. During the last three days of Vidyuth singing nights and sandalwood night is held where top performers of the country in the field of singing performs and fill the college with vibrance. Aspera is the entrepreneur wing of Vvce which conducts all the events which will enhance your entrepreneur skills. Barcamp is related to cultural events. Every branch has it's own Barcamp. The toastmasters club of Vvce helps to bring out the leader in you.

The fee structure is feasible. The college put it's utmost importance in developing the leaders of tomorrow and as a result the fee structure is feasible for all the students hailing from the diverse section of the society.

Yes, scholarship is available for students coming from the weaker section of the society. Although the students need to submit their marks card. The administrative office is available to facilitate for scholarship. For any query the students can directly go to the administrative office and can clarify their doubts.

From time to time extracurricular activities are held in the college by the various clubs. The literature club conducts literature week which consists of book fair, quiz on movies and TV shows. The sports department of the college organizes intra college sports week which consists basketball, football, cricket and hockey. The Open source lab or osl is the lab of creativity where young minds are nurtured to develop real life solving solutions and projects.

Yes, I have opted for the hostel. The hostel is one the best hostel in Karnataka. It is well maintained and is provided with all the basic facility along with high speed wifi. The food is good. There is menu for everyday. Along with that we have washing machine facility, hot water is available, nice and clean mess, TV room, tt room and reading lounge.

The aluminium network is very strong and supportive. The senior student are always there to help in placements and counseling on which stream or profession to choose after graduating. There is regular alumni meet in the college and open sessions are conducting where the students can clear their doubts and can interact with the seniors.

There are three ways to get admitted in Vvce since it is under vtu. If the student has done his 10th and 12th from Karnataka then they can opt for kcet which is the engineering entrance exam for people in Karnataka. For students belonging to other states can give comedk. The last option is management seat which the students can opt by visiting the college.

The faculty of the college are very friendly. They will motivate you to take up projects and will support you in your endeavors. The faculty makes effective use of the existing technology to help you to understand the concept in a better and a more clearer way. The faculty will complete the syllabus on time and will give you ample time to prepare for internals. To keep a track of your progress module tests are held at a regular basis after the completion of each module. You are free to approach the faculty to clear your doubts.
