good college

Overall it's great, but I need a bit of improvements like canteen and mess food, otherwise, my time at GLA was amazing.

The college focuses equally on non-academic factors like exposure visits, learning visits, industrial visits, cultural activities, creativity & innovation, corporate interaction, specialized seminars, management games, role plays, sports, fitness, yoga&meditation, etc. below is the link of glimpses of non-academic activities.

The placements at our college are good. Students are provided with good opportunities. Placements are the face of the university, the average package is 4.5 and recently the highest package offered is 32 lakhs to the CS student. I think it is one of the best achievement for the university.

there are various clubs like painting club, sports club, music club, dance club, etc. students can participate in different activities and games held at the university. like photography, music, dance, LAN gaming, management games, quiz, literary club, nature club, art club, dramatics, and robotics. the college also provides a platform, for all the students to discover and subsequently nurture their talents, helps in developing the overall personality.

No, it is not much expensive when compared to other colleges. I am from Noida their colleges are more expensive so I decided to join in GLA, and the fees as affordable as per the given facilities. Even daily expenses are not much and affordable. 1st Year fee was 1,53,000/.

College is providing scholarships for the underprivileged students and for the students who are very talented and studious that can't afford studies on their own. This scholarship is given by the government also in which if your annual income is less than 2.5 lacs than you are given this scholarship.

It has been mixed feelings. The classrooms were good. But the canteen facilities really need improvement. The sports courts and fields need to be more advanced. the labs, fields, clubs, gym, and yoga rooms are clean and well maintained. there is a lot of practical and robotics practices around the campus

Not much interacted with alumni, but the guest lectures university conduct is amazing. They also organize TED talks and they are very inspirational and full of motivation. I don't think other colleges do such good events to increase the morale of the students.

Actually my sister was already into GLA so it was pretty easy for me to get into the college so they give you a prospectus after registering yourself online. Just fill a form online on GLA's website. you will be called to allot an entrance examination date. I cleared the test with good marks. got admission, also you have to pay the fee within a given period of time and that's it.

The faculty of our college is good and high talented and they are the best in their subjective fields. They have been cool with us and support us and clear doubts within time. They are even better if you are good to them else they might be biased. Some are rude at times.
