Overall it's a good experience and the college is not that strict and final outcome you will get a good valuable certificate and your life shapes up. The amount of opportunities is too good here. You don't have to worry about future.
Course Curriculum Overview
They are autonomous affiliated under Anna University. They have current trend curriculum and the exam structure is simple. 3 assessment tests per semester and one final exam. students must pass in both internal and external examinations.
Placement Experience
Yes.The college has loads of placement opportunities. Placements are exceptionally good. Svce is known for this.The college itself doesn't not provide internships but they encourage all the students to go for interns.
College Events
Freshers day, womans day, annual culturals , department wise symposiums every year, club events and many many workshops and hackathons are conducted for the welfare of the students. Mock placements and mock group discussion rounds are also conducted to the pre final year students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very feasible and is quite less when compared to the other colleges. No additional amount is asked later on by the faculty or by the department. Average fee structure consists about 80,000 for tuition , 50,000 inr for transportation and 20,000 miscellaneous.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarship opportunities available for the deserving candidates. The backward community students with good grades are rewarded scholarship and also the rank holder of every department is given a fee waiver.
Campus Life
Labs are enormous and infrastructure is good. There are opportunities for sports also. There is a good cricket team with lots of support from the staff and good training and awareness is given. There is also an annual blood camp hosted by the college clubs (lions , Rotaract.)
Alumni/Alumna
Yes.there is a huge network. Most alumini come to the college seeking for interns to take from the college. a few of them have signed MOU's with their companies. The senior students also help the junior by guiding them on what to do and about placements.
Admission
I got in through management quota. I went to the college office , submitted my certificates for verification and chose my course by paying the fee. After paying the fee we have to go to the college one day to get our id cards and do the needful.
Faculty
The faculty in my college are truly gems. They care personally every student and treat like their own. Teachers are not partial and have good knowledge on what they teach. They also reward marks wisely.
