Review on My College

The academic section and examination section would be perform better. The boys hostel is very much affected by the cyclone FANI, which should be repaired soon so that the residents of that hostel get reliefed.

The course curriculum in my college is designed by CBCS,Odisha.The course structure is well distributed.There are six semesters in total in three year course two semesters each year.Each semester contains two exams ;mid semester and term end semester. In first year each semester contains 400 marks,in second year each semester contains 500 marks and 400 in last year.There are 14 honours papers,4 G.E. papers,4 A.E.C.C. papers and 4 D.S.E. papers each of 100 marks.

After graduation degree there are so much job opportunities for the students studying in our college.Campus placements are available in our college.Many of the students prefer post graduation degree after graduation degree. Unfortunately our college doesn't provide internship.

In our college various events are celebrated.All national events local events like Ganesh puja,Saraswati puja are celebrates with great pomp and show. Also every department celebrates welcome and Fair well ceremony in great joy. Besides these College Annual Sports and Annual Function are celebrated.We also observe the birthday and death anniversary of Lt. Prananath Patanaik,the founder of our college.

The fee structure in our college is feasible for a medium class family.The fees are collected annually from students.Since direct fee collection process is seen now,but some arrangements are in process for online transaction for the sake of students.

In my knowledge there is a scholarship named'Prananath Chhatrabruti' is given to the meritorius students of our college.The scholarship amout is decided every year by college core committee and the source of the amount is college self fund.

Extracurricular activities by students are based on debates,essay writings,songs, paintings,sports etc. The lab work done by the students are praised by the externals came from other colleges.The labs in our college are hygienic and all equipments are well put. In sports section, every year students are participating in state and national levels. The PETs of our college are hardworking and caring towards students. So good result are seen in every year.

No,I haven't opted for hostel.But the infrastructure of hostel in my college is well designed. There are total 4 hostels;3 for girls and 1 for boys.The hygiene condition is well in the hostels.Also the food quality is good there.There are 400 girls and 100 boys residing in the hostels.

Yes, every year all departments organise alumni seminars on which the old students persuing higher courses in national institutes take part. They help the continuing students to make their path flowered.Many of the alumni students are in good postitions in civil services,police services, research studies, teaching professions and etc.

I had applied online for getting admission into my college under the state board of higher education online portal.I knew that I was selected for B.Sc physics honours when the merit list was out.I went to the college on the date alloted with the documents said in notice board.I gone through documents verification process.I paid the amount fixed for taking admission in our college.Then I admitted in my college.After that identy card was issued me.

The faculties are well trained and elligent.They come to college in time and take their classes regularly.They are very careful towards students.They solve our all problems including personal problems.All faculties are helpful to their collegues and respectful to the seniors.
