Many Colleges of Ghaziabad support the student and motivate them for competive exams like GATE and CAT. In IMS Engineering College no one support you even they forced in final year to attend college and demotivated for gate.
Course Curriculum Overview
Courses are decided by UPTU Lucknow for all UPTU affiliated colleges. Exams are also organized by UPTU Lucknow. But other than UPTU syllabus college working on the student professional skill, and extra classes of aptitudes and coding also provid by college which is help in placements.
Placement Experience
Collge provide summer training in PLC SCADA for one, two month and for complete course it is of six month. placements are not good only few companies visit the collge and no core companies are visit. Only software and and IT company visit for placement so only CSE and IT students have scope of placements.
College Events
Every year three events celebrated in College 1- Fresher party Fresher party organized by 2nd year student for newly admitted student. 2- Cultural fest Cultural fest organized by college every year in which celebrity invited in college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
If you compare with other colleges of UPTU like AKGEC, ABESEC and KIET then fee is expensive because thier fee structure is same as IMS Engineering College but faculties and other facilities or infrastructures are not like them.
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarship given by college. But you can apply for state scholarship which is provided by U.P government and you can also apply for central scholarship schemes. If you prefer loan faculties then they help you in education.
Campus Life
Labs are not so good like other reputated college. But for more space is available and every year a inter College sport fest is organized by college. In this large number of sport competitions are organized.
Alumni/Alumna
One or two alumni meet every to give the for future scope of Engineering and what we can do after graduation. Some alumnis are in PSUs they also interact with students and every year college organize a fest "Alumini Meet" by which aluminis easily interacts with students.
Admission
I got admission on the basis of 12th score because i was not attend the UPTU engineering entrance exam. But if want to get the admission and you have UPTU score card or JEE MAINS score card then you can get the admission easily or if secure above percentage in 12th then you can also get the admission.
Faculty
Most facilities are Phd or M-tech. If you want deep knowledge in any then they can help by giving extra time. Firstly they focused on semester exams. They specially take care of weak students thise don't have strong basics.
