The campus situated in Cooch Behar , West Bengal and the extended campus situated in Balurghat West Bengal. The campus is very good , clean and Infrastructure also very good. Every year many students got the Jrf scholarship.
Course Curriculum Overview
B.sc Agriculture is a 4 year course it includes 8 semesters and each semester includes one Midterm exam(30 marks) , one Practical exam(20 marks) and one End term exam(50 marks). The course includes all the agriculture subjects like Agronomy , genetics , plant breeding , social science etc.
Placement Experience
Placement are not so good but they offer by interview the jobs like NGOs , Fertilizer companies , seed company etc Jobs opportunity is very high as the competition level is quite less than the other sectors.Some of the Jobs are Kvk scientist , ARS , ADA.

Fee Structure And Facilities
As it is a Govt. Institute the fees are feasible than other institute. We have to spend 5500 rupees per semester as fee.It is less than the other private institution. Annually is costs 11000 rupees.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college gives a little amount of scholarship in every semester with gpa above 6.5. But other scholarship like OASIS , Swami vivekananda Govt scholarships. These govt. Scholarship gives good amount per year.
Campus Life
Labs , Library , play ground are very good. Every year we goes to attend the inter University sports competition and the Agri unifest held in ICAR , new Delhi. We play everyday and the lab and field practical is very good.
Hostel Facilities
As it is a govt. College the hostel charge is free of cost.The condition of hostel is very good. It is a big hostel with 4 flors. College has given us free Wi-Fi. So the infrastructure is good.
Alumni/Alumna
Our Seniors are extremely helpful as they always helps us to understand the study material. They help us to prepare for competitive exams like jrf , srf etc. The senior who got chance in jrf they gives us coaching to prepare for exams.
Admission
First I applied for addmission with my class 12 marks , then they published merrit list and call for counciling , They continued their addmission process until all the vacant seat fulfilled. I got chance in 2nd ciunciling and got admitted.
Faculty
Faculty of Agriculture under Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya is very good as it is ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) acridated campus. Teacher are very good and the classes , practical classes are good.
