My college change my life

My college is 13 away from the center of the city. It is quite difficult to reach there in night as no one wanted to go that far away from City. Also network connectivity was very bad. Although we have full wifi coverage.

Course curriculum here is very nice. We have Outcome based education system. We also have concept of flip class where student teach students in 30% of total classes. This develop communication and leadership skills. We have to exam in every semester i.e Mid term exam and final exam. Mid term exam are of 50 marks and contain 30% weightage of result. Final exam are of 100 marks and contain 50% weightage 20% weightage is of internal marks(quizzes and assignments)

3 months of this semester has passed and approx 1500 students have already been placed. No, my University don't provide internships, although they continously share details of internships opportunities in our area

We got many movies promoted in our University every year. We have a yearly event called galgotias Unifest. We have DJ night, freshers, coding night, Hackathons. We also have a teachnical event called techfest.

One year fees is 160000. Which is same as most of other colleges. So I would say it's feasible. There's also an specialiton courses whose fees is 180000. Fees is feasible here in galgotias University.

They provide 20% fees concession to topper students. Those who get excellent marks in boards. Other than that i haven't heard of any scholarship given by our University to students. If someone was unable to pay fees on time then they give him extra time.

50% of out study hours are dedicated to labs. We have 1 gbps internet connection in all computers of lab. Computers are of normal quality. We have many sports club here. We also go on international sports competition.

No, haven't opted for hostel but I can tell about it. We have AC rooms as well as non-AC in our hotel. Each room has 2 students. Fees for 1 year is 1lakh for non-AC and 140000 for AC rooms. There good hygiene in hostel. Mess was clean.

Yes, they continously call alumni to give suggestions, redesign curriculum etc. We have WhatsApp group where there was some alumni so it we need any guidance we can get it from that WhatsApp group. And when we graduate we become alumni for other students in that group

I went for admission and they saw my 12th marks. My marks was good enough to get direct admission in any course of my choice. They take my interview, ask me about why you want to take admission in btech. And after that they approved my admission

Most Faculties of galgotias University are very friendly. In computer science department, most of our faculties are south Indian so there was some communication issue between us but we have English as a common language.
