Remarks
Overall my review for my college is positive. I know there are many things that need to be corrected but due to the lack of honest and deserving people in this college, we are left with no option other than to manage the things which we are provided by the college administration.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum needs some change & should be more practical. Although the course curriculum is completely decided by the college since it has autonomous functioning established under the ministry of human resources and development.
Placement Experience
Placement and job offers are very good in my college. Yes, my college also provides us internships. The overall placement record is good in my college. Many companies visit our companies in this academic year 2019-2020 and within first 2 months, we have got 60% students of institute already placed. The highest package was 43lakh offered to two students by Microsoft.
College Events
There are events celebrated with the corporation of students throughout the year. We celebrate every sort of event like republic day independence day teacher's day etc. Apart from that in my college, we organize annual sports fest, annual techno-management fest, annual cultural fest.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is expensive. It is a government college though we need to pay every fee like college maintenance hostel maintain any many hostel other facilities which never seem to exist after paying fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, the college offered full remission of tuition fees for students whose family income is below 1 lakh. p.a & two-third remission of fees for students whose family income is between 1-5 lakh. p.a. To be eligible for this remission we need to fill fresh application attached with ITR. Slow process but finally we got remission every year.
Campus Life
There are events celebrated with the corporation of students throughout the year. Extracurricular activities labs and sports are good enough in my college. Apart from that in my college, we organize annual sports fest, annual techno-management fest, annual cultural fest.
Alumni/Alumna
The Alumni network of my college is good. We have connections of almost every year students and have a database of our alumni. Alumni meet is organized by our college every year with the cooperation of students.
Admission
I got admission after huge preparation for jee mains all India entrance examination conducted by Central board of secondary education (CBSE). I qualified JEE Mains entrance examination in 2018 & have done with my counseling from JOSSA( joint authority for seat allocation).
Faculty
College faculty are government employees that is they are recruited through reservation. So there is the possibility of some recruitment in all NITs IITs which are taking faculty who never deserves that post. But one major problem with the faculty is their conventional way of teaching that must be changed in order to prepare engineers for stand with this modern equipments and technology.
