My college has a very good infrastructure. Library, Auditoriums, Laboratories, etc are well infra structured. Many industrial visits has been arranged by my college. I enjoy everything part of my college life. My faculties are well experienced and are very friendly. In spite of recession period during my academic year, my college provided many placement offers. Many programs are conducted to improve the knowledge of the students. Boys and Girls don't talk inside the campus.

My opinion about course is average,it should improved lit bit so that every student get benefited and gain knowledge and experience in their course.courses available B.E - Computer Science and Engineering. B.E - Electronics and Communication Engineering. B.E - Electrical and Electronics Engineering. B.E - Mechanical Engineering. B.E - Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. B.E - Civil Engineering. B.Tech - Information Technology. It is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. So as per as the anna university rules they conduct exams.

Placements and job opportunities are Excellent for all clear students and less for arrear students. As far as my concern college doesn't any internship now and in future they are planning to provide some internship.

Events are college day, hostel day, cultural and farewell are celebrated we have fun and enjoyment in those days and and all the performance like dance and other fun activities are conducted for entertainment.

Fee structure is feasible for some students and others who joined through management should pay fee as per academic rules and those who stay in hostel should pay for mess facilities and day-scholar no need to pay extra.

The course fee at Panimalar Engineering College is Rs. 1,80,000/- per annum. Scholarships are available for eligible students. There is no loan facility availed in our college. For the students who secured their seat through counsiling process got fee concession and other that no loan facilities are provided by college as far and they are planning to offer such scheme for students welfare.

NPTEL, NSS,YRC, CCC. Panimalar Engineering College has seen the development in various co-curricular activities by initiating a number of projects and NSS is one of them. The college encourages girls to participate in social service thereby creating awareness of social and civic concern. The mission of the college is to contribute considerably to the well being of the society at large.

The college has separate gents and ladies hostel. The students are provided spacious rooms with attached bath with running hot and cold water. The hostel offers spacious and large play courts/ playground for volleyball, basketball, shuttle, badminton, gymnastics,yoga classes. There is reading hall for daily newspaper readers, Computer laboratory. One of the main advantage is students can clarify the doubts to the respective faculties during studies hours.they are available upto 8pm.

A registered Alumni Association has been established at the Panimalar Engineering College , and the first Alumni meeting was kick started on September 18th 2005 at the GRT Convention Hall, T.Nagar Chennai-17. This inauguration was attended by nearly 450 alumni, and there was a healthy exchange of ideas and discussions on industry expectations. The first Alumni News Letter was also distributed among the former students at the inauguration.

Candidates seeking admission to the B.E. course need to qualify in the Tamil Nadu Entrance Exam (TNEA) which is conducted by the Anna University. Candidates applying for the M.E. and MBA course offered by the institute are required to appear in TANCET (Tamilnadu Common Entrance Test). A valid rank in JEE Main and GATE is also accepted for admission to the B.E./B.Tech and M.E. courses, respectively.

Up to my knowledge faculty of our college was excellent and they explain the concept and theory with clear example so that no student can't forgot it and secure good marks in semester and clarifies the doubt in best way.
