Remarks
Positive: Many one get good chance to make a good personality of oneself the n this college. You can make new club if you want, you can do whatever you want to bring up your personality. Negative: Faculty is not upto the mark.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is Very good and it is according to market/industry requirements. In 1st year the curriculum is same for all branches of btech, but from second year it is different for different branch. In cse branch we got specialization in cloud computing, AI, IoT.
Placement Experience
Placement are good in CSE and ECE branch of Btech. The highest package of this college is 28lpa. This year 7 students get 19lpa( in which 5 from CSE and 2 from CSE. Yeah college manage to provide internship.
College Events
Many events celebrated in our college. Also some celebrity come at the time of annual functions like Shirley Sheria, some roadies, etc. College support for every function held by students. They provide the auditorium whenever we need.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee is somehow expensive. They took 15000 for first year kit, but they only give 6-7 medium size copy, 1 pendrive and some papers. Also the yearly fees is very high but the placement and education is not being justified for this range of fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, i don't know of anything about this. But you take scholarship provided by government for minority groups. For general category students there are no scholarship either provided by government or, any institution.
Campus Life
Labs are good. There are sufficient amount of setup to perform experiment. And the calibration of machines are also good. There are particular grounds/court for particular sports. There are also lawn tennis grounds.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is very bad. The rooms are very old and not being whitewashed for very long time. The toilets are very dirty. One cannot take bath in such a dirty environment. The hostel food is very bad.
Alumni/Alumna
Yeah they are helpful. The most honest alumni of this college is Sudha Murty(the founder of Infosys technologies Pvt ltd). And also the passout seniors are helpful, they direct is how to study according to job oriented.
Admission
Through counseling of COMEDK. We get college and courses according to the rank we got in entrance test of COMEDK. There are 2 round of counseling. In 1st round if you got seat of your choice then directly you get seat otherwise if you want,, you surrender your taken seat and attend in round 2 for your choice of seat in college &course.
Faculty
Faculty is good, but not very good. You have to read yourself. You cannot understand topics in class. The vice chancellor & principal are very hardworking but not the faculties. Faculties just say the remembered things not able to understand.
