Know About my college

This college is just good for overall, but for some courses related to dairy, agriculture and food are very good. If anyone is interested in taking admission here, should not have to think about it, just do it.

The course curriculum is very interesting, this is a Christian college so they had one subject name GPT which means moral values but they teach us bible in that one. Overall it's quite good and we get enough time to do some other work in which we are interested. The exams are semester based. That means we have to give exam in the end of every semester.

Placements are very good, this year 2 students from my department are placed in UAE as Technical Executive. Yes my college provide summer trainings and internships. My experience in this college is very great, if anyone is interested in food science, should must take admission here.

My university had more than 10 clubs- The biggest and oldest club is LITERARY CLUB SHUATS, which is doing tremendous job here, providing lots of platforms in all the genre of Tallent for the students to showcase it, this club organises the biggest of our university named SALF, ie. SHUATS Arts and Literature Fest. Our college has more clubs like SHUATS PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB, CULTURAL CLUB, NIRMAANA, EPIC, SOCIETY OF BIOTECHNOLOGY, SOCIETY OF MICROBIOLOGY, etc.

It's actually expensive according to the accomodities, nothing is up to the mark except studies which will make you think that you're investing your money in the right place. Buildings are just kinda normal.

Our college generally give us concession in fees if the student are not able to pay somehow. But let me share my personal experience, I had applied for the university scholarship 2 times and didn't got a single penny.

There is a CHRD department and there is a sports society which organises sports events at great level and students take part in a mass crowd. There are 4 houses in which the students are divided. Those are Red, blue, Yellow and pink.

Hostel rates are feasible and low, and infrastructure is like our college has 2 old hostels (one named old hostel and other one new hostel) and 2 international hostels, those old ones are very bad in condition and international ones are just good. In girls hostel there are 5 hostels and all are good.

Seniors are very helpful and there's very weak connection with the aluminies some times they come to share their life experiences but just few. Likr below our expectations. But the faculty has some teachers who help us at every hard turn.

I applied for this college via online registration(forms generally available by the month of March) and then gave entrance examination. I got 819th rank and got what I wanted to enroll in. Then on the day of counselling the councillors were very humbleband helped me in whole process of counselling. And finally I got admission.

Faculty of my college is not up to the mark, like they are very intelligent but the behaviour is not so good of some of the faculty members. Some of them are very humble and good. But I think this thing is common everywhere.
