Remarks
The college need to be more green and the college is somewhat caste biased which indirectly makes some induviduals feel uncomfortable.The college is located in a highway making more dangerous for driving students to come to college as it is a busy road.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course pretty old as the topics in it are not upgraded yet.The exam occurs every semester along with laboratory practicals.Unit tests are carried out every month alongside model exams before the main semester exams.
Placement Experience
10 out of 11 students get placed in major companies like Infosys,Infoview,Propeller technologies,MRF and many other MNC's. Our college does not provide any internship as it does not have the wide range of precision machines.

Our college conducts: 1) Womenia-Women's day special 2) College culturals for the annual refreshing event and appreciating students who excelled in various fields 3) Sports meet-For both boys and girls 4)NSS and YRC campaings 5)Disaster management training programme
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is a Feasible amount when compared with other colleges.The fee ranges from 45,000 to 85,000 excluding the Semester exam fee,transport and hostel accomodation fee.The fee is paid through the college online payment portal.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college does not offer any Loan or scholarship.The main university provides scholarship for students who passed through merit.Loan can be availed by students induvidually and the college provides bonafides to avail these.
Campus Life
Our college is mainly concenterated in the sport of cricket housing the best in class cricket grounds and paved basketball court.Saranathan college of Engineering houses 3 cricket grounds with the real time field measurements.The laboratories have wide range of educational purpose machinery used by students to understand the working.
Hostel Facilities
Our college hostel has the Men hostel inside the college campus and the Women hostel 5km from the campus.The hostel infrastructure is airy as it is as ooen space.The rooms have more then enough space for four members.With food being completely vegeterian and the milk is milked from the cattle reared in our campus.
Alumni/Alumna
Our institution does have a well organised alumni network.Alumni students visit the college to interact with juniors occassionally and explain about the job oppurtunities that are prevailing in the current world.They also refer us to thier industry to get a job.
Admission
I have secured a percentage of 85 in my Higher school studies i.e. 1002/1200. I need to get a admission in the college near me so that I can take care of my sports.Then I got to know about Saranathan college.I gave an application form along with the provisional marksheet to the instituion.After three days there was a basic interview to get pass the admission.The fee structure was explained and I joined the college.
Faculty
The faculty are mostly gradutated in Reputed and well recognised intitutes like Sastra college of engineering,NIT,PSG technology.The young aged staffs prove to be a bridging bond between students as they understand the student's mindset.
