Great choice to Set life

All in all, it is a respectable institute which every student aspires to read on.

During our time, the Semester system wasn't introduced, after one whole year, we used to give Exam. But now Choice-Based Credit system (CBCS) has been introduced, which itself has massive research programs, seminars, extracurricular activities, also attendance is given major stress to put on.

Unfortunately, this is an underdeveloped aspect of my college since there is no placement opportunities or internships. Students don't get a chance to explore more to different sectors according to their interest/choice.

Everything is celebrated. Freshers, foundation day, teacher's day, the feast is also organised, Saraswati puja is organised. All are done by the union committee of our college. Everyone is supportive and encouraging, whether students or Teachers. Even our principal is the president of the union who deals with all the matters.

Yes, I opted for Scholarships according to my criteria. We used to get information in our own department itself about scholarships by our Teachers. They used to direct us on what to do and what not. Further, if we had query we were referred to the Main office were our Issue would be resolved. For availing and applying both were done at our college itself.

Everything was really sporting. Debates, extempo were held, the one-act play was a great sport. Definitely girls and boys both were equally supported, but I only have an issue of having fewer Items of sports for Female group then Male. So that was a problem.

Maximum of 6-7 list was announced according to our grades in that particular subject which one opted to purse for honours along with 3 more subject % was accounted. Counselling process included the physical presence of candidates for verification of their Academic documents and was taken admission. Now everything is online.

Our faculty for Economics are well educated, well-mannered and Disciplined. All are PhD holding certified teachers from reputed institutions. There Are also fellowship students who took our extra classes gave knowledge outside the syllabus, hosted seminars on economy-related current affairs.
