Remarks
The institute is a well brought up educational centre with capable and proficient officials at its helm. The location of the institute is central and is easily accessible by students from farther locations. The only negative remark, if there is any, is that the institute is in its founding stage.
Placement Experience
The job opportunities and placements depend on completetion of the course and in cirtain cases, the longer you take to complete the course the better. Internships/articleships are provided by the instituition, placing us under a practising certificated chartered accountant with a statutory working stipend of 3000-4000 INR.
College Events
The events celebrated are mainly festival and seasonal. Other activities include Industrial Visits and tours. There are various other outdoor activities which include a once-in-a-week football match conducted among faculties and students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structures for both courses are absolutely feasible. ACCA, usually, is a very expensive course but through DGC, fee structures have reduced by half as a result of a collaboration with ISDCDirect, a UK-based international skill development company.
Fees and Financial Aid
Students can approach for educational loans for both courses. There are various loan schemes that comes with half interest rates than the regular 10% on a normal educational loan. The schemes, namely, are VidhyaLakshmi and VidhyaSree which requires additional documents.
Campus Life
The lab activities include computer training for Microsoft Word, Office, and PowerPoint. There are outdoor sports activities which includes football matches on a nearby football turf where both faculties and studens fully participate.
Alumni/Alumna
There are no current alumni network as we are the second batch at palakkad district DGC branch and the institute had only commenced classes in the previous year. The seniors, however, are very helpful in a way that the current batch no longer has to rely completely on themselves in cases of complications arising in the institute and the courses.
Faculty
The faculties are highly adept in their fields of profession and are keen minded in making their students and instituition a success. Their ethics and morals are very much respected and recognised around every major institutes.
