Remarks
Positive thing is that it is located near lush green environment . But there are many negative remarks like canteen is too small , football ground is in pathetic shape . Extracurricular activities are not given great preference.
Course Curriculum Overview
The EEE department is quite strict in all aspects in MGIT . The faculties have knowledge and are punctual with course . The resources present are also good , but not perfect . JNTU conducts all the semester exam and mids are conducted by college.
Placement Experience
Placements are more favourable to the students of CSE and IT because of the IT companies visiting college . There are no internship provided by the college , but students do internship outside of college without any help of college, but in these cases stipend is not given .
College Events
There are few events happy in our college every year , first being the college's technical fest promoting technical knowledge. Second the annual fest NIRVANA , which includes traditional day , Dj night and technical events as well .
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is little more than feasible , because the tuition fees is 1 lakh which is not expensive, but it is not even cheap or pocket freindly . On addition to it even JNTU charges have to be paid plus the library fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am not sure of the scholarship, but students avail the scholarship through government schemes for local reserved classes . The loan can taken through any bank , student can opt for student loan from bank and pay it after the graduation.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities are not that great in our college, very rare activities are organised throughout the year . Labs are okay in shape with adequate resources , but it will be good to improve little bit . Sports is given least importance though basketball is more preferred.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network not at all good because most of the seniors don't visit the college once they pastout . Juniors through their interest remain in touch with each other . Though if we reach them, they try to help
Admission
TS EAMCET examination can be applied for and on the basis of rank , the student has to go through councelling procedure. Generally, the student who have rank around 2400-6000 get selected without any quota , but it generally increases with reservation.
Faculty
Generally the quality of faculties is much likely dependent on department. The EEE and ECE faculties are strict and knowledgeable, that's why these two departments have higher passing percentage. Teachers are too strict at times which is sometimes hard on students
