Remarks
There are many positives and also many negatives in our college. Some positives are friendly faculties, good grounds, good labs and good hostels and negatives are tasteless and harmfull hostel foods and poor placements.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are many courses available in this college. In that mechanical engineering, electrical engineerng, computer science engineering and ECE departments are good in this college and also exam pattern is same as anna university pattern.
Placement Experience
I think the placement is very poor in this college. They said many companies were came and all students placed and 100 percent placement in this college but nothing is ture. Only some of students were placed in good companies others students not even placed for small companies.
College Events
There are many events celebrated in this college, women's day celebration is famous. In that day many events conducted for women's. In this college there are many gounds which is opened by Indian cricketer aswin.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees structures is expensive when compared to other colleges. Apart from fees payed by semester there are also other fees such as placement fees, lab fees, exam fees etc. Approximately 1 lakh will be the fees per year
Fees and Financial Aid
There are scholarships avalible for students such as first graduate and also for community scholarships etc. First graduate scholarships is used for students by paying only half of the fees. Others I don't know.
Campus Life
In this college there are good labs for studying purposes and also good sports grounds. Grounds such as cricket, tennis, basketball, football and handball are good while compared to other colleges and also many indoor games are available.
Hostel Facilities
I am Day scholar but many times iam visited hostel rooms. That hostel rooms are good and also have good beds for sleep only one problem is food and other problem is hot water not Come for bathing other than this hostel is ok
Alumni/Alumna
There is no any meet or help got from friends or our seniors. They conduct alumni meet but many of old students not attend any meetings in that college because they are not in good position to attend alumni meet.
Admission
I got seat in merit by counseling conducted by Anna university. Fees payed 40000rs per semester some of my friends joined by donation also. Donation payed for be Mechanical engineering was 4 laks at the time of 2012
Faculty
They all are friendly and have good knowledge. They teach us like friends and easily understandable. They also teach us in the projector and have good videos for easy understanding purpose. So this makes us friendly.
