Anybody once who comes to our university has a positive thought in it's mind. The campus spreads around a sprawling area of 87.4 acres and has a very good environment to study. There are a lot of greenery in and around the campus. The university is located in a prime area in the city of Cuttack.

IST stands for Information Science and Telecommunication. It is a combination of Information Technology and Electronics. The course and exam is structured according to CBCS(Choice based credit system). The exams are conducted each semester as mid sem and end sem exams.

Placements are sound here. Every year many companies arrive here and hire the students. Each year most of students get placed in different companies with a good salary package and good jobs. The college also provide internship to students.

Each department has it's own function which are celebrated in their respective departments. Overally annual function is held during the end of the year by the university. The university also conducts various sports event on different levels.

Since this is a government instituition, there are two types of courses available. One is regular, which ia free of cost. Only admission and examination fees are applicable which is affordable. The other courses are self financing for which course fees are applicable along with admission and examination fees and are feasible.

The university has it's own sports arena. Indoor sports and gymnasium are available within the campus. Extracurricular activities, laboratories and sports are very good in the instituition. Any student can access them easily.

No, I haven't got any hostel. But the hostel facilities are very good and the infrastructure are well maintained. There are wide range of rooms starting from single seater to 5 or 6 seaters. Students are allotted their room according to their rank in the merit list.

The Seniors are very helpful. They help us in many ways. The are always ready to help us in every situation. The university maintains it's alumni record since the time of it's establishment. Some of it's alumnus are well known and well settled.

Merit List, The admission to this instituition for Undergraduates are done by ranking the marks of students applied in descending order. The students are admitted from top subject to the availability of seats.

Faculty are good, well knowledged and overally they're helpful in all aspects, whether it be personal, financial, or academic. The staff are well behaved and well established. Most of them are highly qualified.
