Good college

Good college but if you want better placements it is better to go for computers science

It is a four year course which has 2 semesters per year in total there are 8 semesters and 2 mid exams in every semester. in final year 8th semester there is only project work. There is subjects in the final year second semester.

There are ample opportunities for placements in this college. Mainly computer science engineering students have higher chance of getting placed in a company.and ece also have good opportunities.but civil and mechanical have less placement opportunities as compared to the other branches.

Every year our college celebrates annual day event grandly. and every branch will have their respective fests and national level technical symposiums. Generally fests will have duration of 2 days and they came during the months of December and February. Apart from these fests every department will have conduct some social events like pragya for mechanical engineering branch.

During our period the fee is about 68,000 per year. Now it was increased a bit. now i think the fee per year is about 90,000. Previously our college is affiliated to Andhra University. But now it was affiliated to javaharlal Nehru technological University kakinada

I didn't availed any kind of scholarship. I think the college doesn't offer any kind of scholarship. but you can get scholarship issued by the government of you belong to any kind of reserved category or if you are economically weaker.

Our college has the best labs than any other college in the entire west Godavari district. Our mechanical engineering labs are well equipped with all kinds of machine tools and the lab technicians also has good knowledge about the machine tools.and we have a technology centre which has nearly 100 computers and we also have a digital library.

Srkr engineering college has a good alumni. The alumni here are helpful but not that much .

To get admission in this college you need to get a good rank in EAMCET examination. For general category students minimum of 10000 rank in EAMCET is required. Mechanical engineering, computer science engineering, and electronics and communication engineering are good branches here.

Faculty are good and they are very friendly with the students and the college is well equipped with labs. And professors here are very experienced. We can reach faculty at any time for our doubts in our subjects easily .
