A good college

Good, our college has provided us with good facilities, infrastructure, faculty, library and transportation. But the placements were not upto the mark and guidance and motivation for higher studies was not prioritised.

The courses have been dealt with the important conventional subjects very well, but advanced subjects based on practical experience were dealt with their best practices still they lag behind reaching present day current advancement, exams were conducted as 8 semester, 2/year.

The placement job opportunities when I passed out (2018) for my branch were not so great in fact unsatisfied. But now I am hearing that software companies are hiring good number from our college but core companies were not so frequently comming.

Our college mainly celebrates college annual tests and some events to encourage students, regularly. But our college fests will not have much fun because of indiscipline students as teachers have to keep an eye on them contiously which restricts them from making events success.

The fee structure was feasible for a middle class student as government provides fee reimbursement for such students the remaining fee were also feasible when compared to other instituitions around my place.

I had availed fee reimbursement from government of Andhra Pradesh which was half my college expenses an year however I don't know about scholarship/loan facility provided by my college. But i remember some student getting them because of academic excellence.

The labs were in moderate condition, with tequip funds our college labs have been improved with new equipment and also students can use them properly at working hours sometimes even on holidays I am not a college level sportsman but my fellow students have participated with good encouragement for college.

Many Senior students were not properly settled where the well settled don't have much time still there are some students who guide us at times, there is an alumini cell but as I mentioned earlier students were not so active in it.

I had written my apeamcet-2014, in which I secured a rank of 42606 where the further counselling processes have been carried out by Andhra Pradesh government and I have been allotted mechanical engineering in above college in first counseling.

The faculty of majority belonging to our branch has good knowledge and has urge to update themselves the classes were conducted very regularly however some teachers have no use with them and even not keen to update themselves.
