Remarks

Its good management to study and good management to enjoy the days. It depends on the students how they use the college.

I am the management student. I haven't wrote any exams, after 12th exam direct admission in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chosed ECE quite interesting subject with real time examples like mobile communication, satellite communication, antennas, radars etc. We can have indepth knowledge in the electronics items for e.g TV where we have detailed study about old black and white TV to latest LED TV's.

Internships Opportunities

There is no internship like that. We have do internship or industrial visits on our own interest with the permission of the college. We are always welcomed for the new initiatives.

Placement Experience

Yes there is a placement in the college but reputed companies with high CTC is less. Reputed KPO and ITES companies are regular recruiters.

College Events

Cultural meet,sports meet,Symposiums,workshops,blood donation camps,smart classes, industrial visits, tours etc. We enjoy a lot in all these events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its per govt guidelines and additional fees are for the benefits of the students like smart classes for the development of communication and personality of the individual student.

Scholarships are given per govt rules and issued by govt. not by college. Norms are followed per SC,ST, BC.

Campus Life

Our campus life was very enjoyable and funfilled. We had good time in extra curricular activities and sports. No gender,ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status.

Hostel Facilities

I am a day scholar student. So i m not well known for hostel. But per friends review there are few pro's and con's.

Alumni/Alumna

No alumni meet till now in college. Hope it will be organized in future. We are the fourth batch passing out from the college.We are waiting for it.

Exam Structure

We fall under Anna University guidelines so exam patterns are per university rules. Asusualy it is unpredictable about the question paper many times unexpected results come out.

Faculty

Faculties are very friendly and knowledgeable but it varies with students how they take and treat them. Always they are ready to help sudents at any time.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Students through councling receives great offers in fees structure and for toppers having 190 +cutoffs get more offers like 50000 off over all fees will be 6-7lakhs for 4 years ,and moreover the fees was increasing year by year for the demand of this course and for management students the the donation for the courses is varies for example for cse course the donation will be 4lakhs and fees will be 3.8lakhs for other courses the fes structure will be varied the best part of this college is the food on a week only Friday we will have veg and for all other days we will have nonbeg

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

LIFE IN Apollo engineering college

Apollo engineering college is one of the colleges under ANNA UNIVERSITY. There are two types of admission are there first is counseling and other one is management quota. I joined this college through counseling. For counseling we have to apply online then they call for counseling according to Ranking. However, now complete counseling become online. Admission criteria are completing 12th or equivalent with register board with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. Total 60 seats are available on counseling for the computer science and engineering department for this college. Another way to get admission is in the management quota. APOLLO ENGINEERING COLLEGE

In our college, we had the well-equipped infrastructure, there is a workshop separately for the Mechanical department which is very helpful and can use as a workspace for projects too. There is library basketball court even football ground and also each department has there own labs and faculties. The faculty members are well trained and qualified, they teach us everything about the subject and they guided us throughout our curriculum.
