Remarks
The same gate pass system I was talking about.It is the worst who confines college students between four walls . If they change that alone,the college would be dope.It is a lush green campus it would be refreshing to just sit out and admire nature.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is pretty good and they also change it every four years.When I joined the college we had some basic subjects like physics, chemistry and all.but now all those got replaced with core subjects.I feel that is a pretty good move.
Placement Experience
It is pretty good.In my department I heard there is a placement record of 100 percentage.I feel greatful to hear that.Yeah,they offer internship but no stipend.I haven't attended that yet.Would sure attend in the forthcoming days.
College Events
Anokha - Technical Fest ival organised solely by students .It happens every year in the month of February.It is one of largest tech fest ,It goes on for three days . Gokulashtami - They also celebrate Krishna janmashtami very very grandly.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is pretty expensive I would say.But for that fee they don't provide any good facility.I feel disappointed when I just can't understand why they do like this.either they could reduce fee or provide some good facilities.
Fees and Financial Aid
I heard that they give scholarship based on your Amrita Entrance Examination score . yeah ,they stop it when you're gpa drops.so be pretty careful about your gpa if you want to retain your scholarship.
Campus Life
They have all kinds Of sports and labs.The best part is they have a great swimming pool.I just love spending time there.And also the campus is huge that if you walk from one end to other end you might need gym.but probably you will lose interest walking long distances.
Hostel Facilities
Yes.Hostel is okay,kinda bearable.Wardens may get on your nerves sometime.They have this gate pass system.You cannot go out of college anytime you want to.And even with gate pass system ,you are allowed to go out only twice a month.I know it is like jail.
Alumni/Alumna
Yeah, Seniors are helpful.They guided me regarding my GRE prep and definitely there are two sides to a coin.It is all on how you take things. If you know someone from a higher year you are just lucky enough.
Admission
Firstly , you have to write an entrance exam (AEE) . Then wait for the results.Once the results are out you can choose a date for counseling and just head to the campus for Branch selection.This is a simple process.
Faculty
My college has only staff who completed their PhD.They are very knowledgeable and are very helpful.They helped me also to publish a paper in my field of interest.If you just go interacts with them , that will be enough I guess.
