Entrance Preview

I joined T John college way back in 2011. For the under-graduation program (3 Years) basically their is no entrance exam but yes a one on one session will be conducted with basics to know how well you are in it. from the beginning i was interested in computers. I wrote the entrance exam for IIT but failed, much expected. But later my passion towards computers drove me to choose a degree with is into computers and only computers. I had an option for BCA in this college and I gave it a shot and let me tell you its one of the best institution and environment you will find over their.

Course Curriculum Overview

T John college follows the courses mandated by the Bangalore University and it is well equipped with the contents. The faculty I must say very motivated towards what they do. They will help you in shaping what you want. Very friendly and supportive, Doesnt mean that u can bunk classes always. I loved the environment over their.

Internships Opportunities

Bangalore is the IT hub, you can find all the IT Giants falling into colleges for hiring freshers, IBM, Oracle, Hp, Dell, Samsung and you count it. Almost major companies comes for the campus and even their are pool campus-ing, you will get lots of opportunities in terms of your career. Just explore the one you want and you will get that. I have been interned in Accenture and later I joined it.

Placement Experience

IBM, Oracle, Hp, Dell, Samsung and you count it. almost major companies comes for the campus. Job opportunity is huge. you will not regret it. out of our batch 25/60 peoples were selected my knowledge till then.And the package they offer is considerable.

Campus Life

Its an international college we have not faces any issues like such. gender ration 50-50 i would say. extracurricular, labs, sports, competitions are regularly organized on a time basis this college is a full package.

Hostel Facilities

I stayed outside not much aware about hostel my friends said that its livable. Food again what you want you eat. these things are not an issue.

Kristu jayanti the best for degree

Placement Experience:

They have 95% placements. Many of students started there intern after 1st year but I tried at last year and selected it was no-payable but got experience and now I'm taking 10 lpa. My friend got payable at 2nd year but he didn't improve his skills and struggled at last he lost placement but got hired in developing company. If you don't get placement no worries on that you can improve skills in college and take of teachers

our collage stars to focus on placement from 4 semester ,but actual placement is done at end sem ,many companies visit and select few and most eligible students, companies like axis bank ,karnataka bank etc visit and give good packages, the recent one of my senior got placed in federal bank with the initial ctc of 6 Lpa., now percentage is not that big factor they check the skill, my plans is to get placed by my dream company apple inc .

I've applied for AMC and Atria and i was expecting to go in either these colleges but i got this college i didn't know anything about this college my mom told me to take the admission so i have to listen and i took admission but this college is not so bad i enjoy i learn new things etc. my rank was 71k so this college was offering cyber security with that rank so i joined other college had this course but the cutoff was very high so becasue i didn't make it. Admission process was pretty simple just take your admission ticket which was given by KCET go to reception office they'll take the ticket ask for additonal charges which was 14k for me and then next day i went took the admit card and started to attend my classes.Eligibility is u should have cleared 12th if u want to come through KCET they'll ask some documents submit it and then that's it it is same for Management aswell Overall Experience was 8/10....Read More
