Inclusive education and extraordinary curriculum structure.

There is only one problem with the college. You really cannot wear whatever u like in this college. There is a certain dress code based on cultural point of views.May be they will not tell anything at your face. But you will be judged and criticized very badly. These conservative thoughts we haven't got rid of yet.

Course curriculum structure is very thoughtful. Everyone gets comfortable and easy with the structure. There used to be frequent exams but now they have decreased the number of exams. There are 2 semester in one year.

Placements are not in good position. They really have to take care of that. But they are trying hard. Sometimes for some specific courses they provide summer internship. Stipend is not available for general courses. A little bit of amount is provided from the government for general courses. From college they give a certain amount for only mtech students and phd scholars.

Freshers snd fest celebrated in our college. We play holi sometimes. Otherwise most of the time we get holidays for other cultural festivals. Seminars and exhibitions are held regularly in our college.

It is not expensive for all. But professional courses, it is quite expensive. You cannot appear in exams without paying ur fees. You have to pay ur fees per semester. For MBA and engineering courses it is quite expensive.

There is no loan facility in our college. scholarships are not offered by college. The government takes care of it sometimes but a very little bit of amount.That does not count. Because in Kolkata we have to spend a lot for lodging and fooding.

Labs are very latest and new . There are a huge collection of books in library. Cricket and football tournament r held between inter colleges. Sports day is celebrated by every department individually.

I haven't opted for hostel yet but i hav heard there are much convenient accommodation. It is very clean. Warden takes good care of students. But I have heard food quality is not up to the mark. Otherwise water supply clean room washroom everything is good.

They are may be helpful. They come sometimes to keep touch with teachers. An alumni day is also celebrated. They are ambitious. They inspire us sometimes. Some of them are in abroads for further studies.

Firstly i heard they r releasing form from the state bank. After that i filled up that form. I appeared in entrance exam.gave interview and got selected for my graduation with English hons. I completed my masters and BEd from there as well.

Faculties are very reliable and friendly. Some of them are really like father like and motherly. They keep us under their guidance and comfort zone. We can create a great bond with them. They r extremely experienced and technical. That is all I can say.
