Yea it is a top agriculture University in Bengal with good quality of education and teachers nothing negetive remarks of my university I can see yet In front of me.Very good structure of study and examination method.Professor's are very good in their theching techniques with ther advarse knowledge they always guide us towards the brightness. I took admission by taking part of the university entrance examination of 2018.I Quilified in the entrance examination took part in the council then I got admission in the university and University hostel

Yea it is a top agriculture University in Bengal with good quality of education and teachers the university have deferent department with their deferent faculty and labrotory with good equipment.central library is situated in the university

BCKV, a place to cherish forever.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is good. A lot to sales and marketing roles are offered every here. Apart from that you can join Research and Development roles and NGOs. The avarage package is around 4LPA. Every year around 30% students get placed. Rest go for higher studies and entrepreneurship. Highest package varies around 6LPA & lowest varies around 3LPA.

In the field of academics this university stands in 3rd position in India. But they should arrange internship programs for all of their students. It will be better if proper placements are given.

Remarks:

Canteen quality is poor. You will not get a single thing to eat there. Location of the campus is also not good. College bus service is also poor. Only one restaurant and an ATM is available. Although it is beside the bus route, you will not be able to reach anywhere.

You have to secure good percentage in Higher Secondary and clear the cutoff (More than 90%) to get into UG. You have to clear cutoff of University exams to get into PG/PhD. All About Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (BCKV), main campus, Mohanpur, Nadia

Eligibility is 12th with P+C+B or vocational with related subjects from any board. Students can also get admission from ICAR AIEEA (UG) exam. Application forms are available on the official website of the university ( https://bckv.edu.in ) when the application portal is opened. The date varies from time to time, generally, the application starts after the result of the 12th board exam is published. Yes, there are reservations for SC ST OBC students, General EWS students also get the benefit of reservation. In each semester there is one midterm one practical evaluation and one final end term for each course in a semester. Difficulty level is moderate. A score above 95% in the board exam or crack the ICAR AIEEA UG Exam with a good depth of biology and chemistry for admission....Read More
