Course Curriculum Overview
course is pretty much uncoverable. You can not cover entire medicine but you gotta read it anyway. We got our professionals at the end of the year in between we have only two terminal exams one in midyear and one just before the profs.
Placement Experience
Not so much job offers but yes they provide a must do internship in which you get only7700?/month for which you have to do a daily duty of min 8 hours or long depending on your seniors mood.you don't get holifays in this time
College Events
The biggest of all is the college fest,sports meet and basant pamchami. In the annual college fest we had choice to invite any celebrity of our choice but from he last two years we aren't getting funds from college so it ain't happening for two years but beside this basant panchamai is the best.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As the instituition is govt. We don't get to pay too much. It's around under 50000/yr and the campus and faculty are too good for this price. You also have to pay 7500? every yr around the exams.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes college do not give us scholarships of any kind ,but our state govt do. They provide it to those who are from a Poor background and can't afford to this college fee srtucture. State govt almost fully reimburse it
Campus Life
ye there are a huge loads of cultural activities ,sports meet are held two times just for mbbs or medical students,one time for faculty and one time for paramedical students.we have almost every sport possible in our college Table tennis,lawn tennis,volleyball,football,cricket,swimming pool,basket ball,3 indoor courts for badminton.ther are labs like biochemistry,microbiology,pharmacology,pathology,physiology,dissection hall of anatomy,library and many moreA
Hostel Facilities
yes i have opted for hostel,and it is aroung 9000/ yr including all charges. You just have to pay for you mess which is around 4500/month. In 9000 it included almost every thing. They provided geyser, water cooler, shower,R.O almost all the basic needs
Alumni/Alumna
yes there is a kgmu alumni committee which celebrate every yr their members silver and golden jubilee accordingly senior students are very helpingeven if you got passed out of this college and you have to get crossed your by any georgian out there he would meet you like you are his brother.
Admission
First we have to give an exam ,after its result we all the selected ones are invited to attend the counselling,in the counselling according to our rank we got called and given a oppurtunity to chose a college of our choice if that college is available then we get it
Faculty
it is the best faculty in the entire uttar pradesh and according to national ranking of medical colleges our college had been 2nd ranked for two years and currently it is on 6th rank.you can assume how good my college and faculty is!
