Remarks
Yeah with so many pros there comes plenty of cons. The area of campus is extremely huge i.e. around 600 acre. So the college campus remains not so maintained. There we witness huge amount of grass as if we were in amazon. The new assistant teachers are not proficient in teaching. Corruption runs in every Government instituition and so is the case of MANIT BHOPAL.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is pretty fine. For first year we have to study baics of each and every branch. That is a mechenical engineering scholar will have to study basics of electrical and electronics engineering, cse, mechanical and rest of the branches.
Placement Experience
The CSE Placements are really awesome. This year 6 students bagged 42lpa package rounding overall average CSE package to around 13 lpa. Internships are also pretty good Rest of the branches also witness good placements.
College Events
Recently we witnessed Technosearch 2019, the greatest techfest of central India, wherein we had Miss Asees Kaur Mam's performance on the last day. We will be having Maffick 2k19 in upcoming months, the annual cultural fest of MANIT BHOPAL. We witness plenty of other events throughout the year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it is a Government College, the fee structure is feasible. The semester fee is around 60k. Mess fee and resedential fee sums up to 50k per semester for general candidate. And one time fee sums up to 10k.
Campus Life
We have plenty of clus responsible for various activities at manit bhopal. Some of them are Professional Clubs. Literacy Club. Technical Club. Cultural Clubs. Social Committee. Student Council. MANIT SC/ST Cell.
Hostel Facilities
The boys hostel for freshies is a heaven wrt that of senior hostels. The first year hostels are newly built with an accomodation of 3 scholars in each room. We have single girls hostel for all year girls, an NRI hostel for DASA students, and 8 hostels for 2nd 3rd 4th and mtech and mba students, totalling to 10 hostels in 600 acre campus.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumini network of MANIT BHOPAL is really powerful. There we have a great believe in healty junior and senior relationship. The senios in college are really helpful. They never hesitate in helping juniors. The alumini network is also very good. The aluminus of MANIT BHOPAL have constantly been donating huge amounts of grants for developement of college. Recently one of the alumini funded MANIT with 1 crore INR for the construction of open air theatre.
Admission
Through JOSSA counselling after JEE Mains. NTA conducts JEE Mains examination twice a year, which is purely objective in nature. Percentile is calculated on the basis of relative scores in JEE MAINS. And on the basis of the JEE MAINS score students are ranked. And on the basis of ranks institute is alloted.
Faculty
The Professors are highly edusated and qualified and have mastery in the way of teaching. But the cons are that the Assistant Professors are not that efficient in teaching. On the other side the faculty has great and deep practical knowledge and thus MANIT, BHOPAL always has an upper hand on winning Tech-Based Competitions, like AUTOMOTIVE EXPO 2018 Cunducted by Mahindra and Mahindra.
