Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is designed in such a way that student learn in a fun way also the education is fun here because most of the stuff is taught practically. The exam is basically semester wise if you have attended all the classes and practicals and are through with the concept then you will do well in exam.
Placement Experience
Yes they provide assistance in placement but it is finally up to your skills and knowledge whether you get job or not. Yes college also provide assistance in IT. They contact the hotels and arrange interview with them those who gets the IT join and those who don't college help them to arrange for other.
College Events
IHM mumbai is a very happening place various festival and events are organised here . Student of our college participate with full enthusiasm. A special menu is being designed for each festival and occasion. The menu is being decide by the kitchen staff and student council.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for per year is about more or less near to 1lakh. It include tuitions fees , mess food charges . this amount is not much in comparison to other hotel management colleges where per year fees is about 2-3 lakhs . basically it's a government college hence the fees is kept nominal so that all can afford.
Fees and Financial Aid
No such facilities are being provided by the college . Being a government college the fees is very high not every one can afford to pay that much . In comparison to other government colleges where the fees is very less and nominal.
Campus Life
Every now and then the college organise extracurricular activities to help the student enhance their skills and talent .Various activities like volleyball matches, cricket matches and cooking competition are being organised by the college.
Hostel Facilities
Actually the college provide the hostel facility only to second and third year student. The availability of the hostel is completely based on the attendance and marks basis . The hostel fees is about 8500 per year which include accommodation and food.

Admission
I passed the all india entrance test held by NCHM Council . The exam was not that tough .If you are good in statistics, maths and english then you will definitely do well in entrance exam . frankly speaking i haven't studied for this exam actually i was a science student and i was taking coaching for iit .hotel management was a backup plan for me .that's why it was so easy for me.
Faculty
They are more like friends. They teach in a fun way.They all are well qualified and have the full knowledge of the subject. They are actually very enthusiastic and passionate to give the cream student to the industry.as ours is one of the finest instituition in Asia for hotel management so it is the responsibility of the student and staff to maintain the same image .
