Remarks
Positive - There is no politics in the campus and that makes it a very big advantage for being a very education friendly college and no further fights and issues. Negative - There is no football ground for the college but we do have ground in our campus but it belongs to the school management and that makes impossible for college students to play in class hours and could be used only for matches.
Course Curriculum Overview
My college follows MG University syllabus and thereby there are lot of issues occured due to the mistakes of the university but mostly it is fine as mistakes happen for certain subjects only. Since our college is an autonomous college we have our own exam papers corrected by faculty from outside. Therefore we have our semester exams before other mg afiliated colleges and get our results very well in advance.
Placement Experience
As far as my knowledge is concerned there is very good placement opportunities provided by the college by very well renowned companies. Many companies provide internship through the college and college helps in getting one.
College Events
Festival celebrations includes onam, Christmas,Easter etc We have an annually celebrated college event where we host a national grad fest called splendore in which there is a huge participation by various colleges around India. We also celebrate union day,Dept day, and other celebrations and thus college is very much festive friendly.
Fee Structure And Facilities
moderately expensive but considering the level of education and exposure one receives beyond mere academic education into the outside world and great placement opportunity makes it a viable choice. Also the great environment which helps or motivates one to study is also a considerable factor
Fees and Financial Aid
I am not aware of the scholarships provided by the college but they do provide scholarships to the backward class and cast students. We also get mails from various banks through college regarding students loans and scholarships that could be availed though them.
Campus Life
Our college has a wide participation in various college fests organised by us. College also promote students to participate in fests organised by by other colleges too. Other activities include various football cricket tournaments, inter college fests , private tournaments, sports day etc. We also have Very highly equipped high tech labs and resource centres providing internet for each student.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are quite friendly around here and they don't create much fuss here as mainly there is no politics in the campus and secondly ragging is a serious issue here. But keeping those things aside they are friendly,helpful and there is no gap between us as senior Junior.
Admission
I had applied here in their online website but didn't expect to get seat since rajagiri has a very competitive race for seats. But later received a call saying there is a vacancy under Muslim quota(merit). After a through of process including payment of fees, meeting hod and principal I received the admitted letter.
Faculty
Very helpful and cooperative faculty and mostly young so conversations become more friendly and smooth. Well acadamically qualified and experienced faculty makes learning- teaching experience very nice.
