Course Curriculum Overview
Mbbs course consists of 4.5 years of study and 1 year of internship.there is a total of 4 professional examination conducted by the kerala university of health services.you have to score mininmum of 50% marks in these examination to pass.
Placement Experience
Since it is a medical college there is no need of placements required.our college provide 1 year compulsory internship . Which covers all the department of the hospital, a month of rural posting, projects seminars an all.
College Events
Our college celebrate almost every occasions . The major events conducted in our college are christmas ,onam ,deepavali,new year celebrations and frshers day hostel day college day graduation ceremony. All these programmes are just lit.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is feasible. There is three types of fee structure in the college one for merit students it is around 175000 per year tuition fee and around 800000 for management quota and around 1100000 for nri students.
Fees and Financial Aid
College itself doesnt provide any scholarship for the students . The central government is providing a minority scholarship for those minority students and iam one among the minority students who gets its benefit. Also state government provide fee reduction for the financially backward students.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities and allbare good ,students are much enthusiastic for their extracurricular activities . The labs sports and all are good . Campus has a good football ground basketball ground badminton court in separate hostel for women and men.
Hostel Facilities
Its good and worth for the money. Around 150000 for food and accomodation. Double room with attatched bathroom is provided for each two students , they also provide cleaning staff twice a week. Hostel is located in a calm and beautiful atmosphere.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumini assosciation was made recently ,and the seniors are very helpful, they provide us good guidance in academic as well as other path.we all are considered as a family in our college. We have a students union to support every programmes of students.
Admission
After securing a good entrance exam score and a rank in kerala medical entrance examination.I have scored 1700 in kerala entrance examination. Allotment of seats to college is done by the government.
Faculty
Our college has a good panel of faculties,which include teaching and non teaching staff.all the faculties are well trained and efficient in their field.most of the teaching staff are well qualified. And they are a very much inspiring for all of us.
