Mechanical Engineer

The Faculties are good and making their students as industry ready. But the college management is not providing the facility to the college. Canteen must be checked and should be kept claen , college premises should be kept clean and healthy. The college bus is old and the seats are not good or not comfortable to seat for more than 10minutes.

Mechanical Engineering is a evergreen branch. But nowadays the outcomes of the Mechanical students is very high making it difficult to get the desired core jobs. Semester Examination will be held every 6 months in the month of June-July and Dec-Jan.

For Mechanical,Marine, Nanotechnology branches one can't expect the core company in this college. But for Computer Science and Information Technology there are high number of companies coming to the college. And for Electrical and Electronics and Electronic and Communication there are few core companies coming to the college.

Prathibha is an intra College fest celebtrated on 1st of November. Envision is an intracollege fest celebrated in the college by collecting the money from the student sides. And the prize money is not good for any mega-events. The RC Car Racing event held by Mechanical is Best in the Whole Dakshina Kannada and Udupi District.

The Fee structure for the Non-Karnataka students varies around 1.5Lakhs and the fee for the Karnataka Students Is around 60Thousands and the reservation seat fees is around 30Thousands and the students from CET/COMED-K has to pay around 65Thousands and the CET-SNQ Quota Students has to pay around 22Thousands.

The Karnataka Government is providing the scholarship for the meritorious students every semester. And the Students form other States has to apply for Central Government or any private organisations for the Scholarship.

Mechanical engineering Students and Computer Science Students has the good lab facilities in the college, But to the syllabus. The Marine Engineering students has no seperate Labs. Sports and other Extracurricular activities is also encouraged in the college.

The college has less facilities available for the students. The mangament has to be upgraded. College is making lot of money in other means like fines, Attendance etc. And for the attestation of principal,we need to pay the money.

I got entrance through the CET Exam. After CET Exam one shall get the chance to opt for the interested colleges. Then according to the rank and vacancy available in college the Software will distribute the seats for the students.

Faculty is doing their job to make the students industry ready. But college Management is not providing any help from their side.Sside.Students are forced to collect money and do the college fests. Faculty members are helping students in anyways.
