Remarks
Colleges having very good faculties infrastructure and campus and sports event, college management had anti ragging committee which is good thing for students. only negative thing is college management is very strict.
Course Curriculum Overview
When I joined there were many courses available to opt like CSE, ISE, Mechanical Electrical electronics etc. We had monthly internal test and semester wise exam from VTU university as the college is affiliated to VTU Belgaum
Placement Experience
they were conducting placement trainings for all the interested candidates and the placement training was very effective and they were giving training on successfully completing aptitude tests and group discussion as well as personality development.
College Events
In Sapthagiri College of Engineering they were celebrating many events like ethnic day College Fest Kannada Rajyotsava etc. Yearly once they were celebrating College Fest by name Sankalp where students can perform drama dance mad ads mimicry fashion show, also so they were inviting some celebrity every year during College Fest
Fee Structure And Facilities
Entrance exam fees Falls around 28k in 2007, late fees was around 11k, since it is a private aided college fee structure was little expensive, compared to other topncolleges fee structure was feasible.
Fees and Financial Aid
College was offering scholarship program for low income students with good marks. Apart from this students were also eligible to participate in state government scholarship program where students can contact college coordinator to get scholarship benefit.
Campus Life
College was conducting branch wise college wise University wise sports activities such as cricket basketball volleyball etc. The best performer in each event were awarded in the college every year.
Alumni/Alumna
Every year college was inviting best senior students from the previous batch who are placed in very big companies with Best package so that new students can take inspiration and move forward and make their post college life very successful.
Admission
I got college admission through CET entrance exam in karnataka, I collected admission ticket from CET cell and got admitted in college by paying the college fee. CET Fee was around 28k in 2007 College fee was around 11k
Faculty
Faculty were very good and whenever we need any assistance they were very eager to help, they also had very good knowledge in their particular field, some faculties are very strict and some faculties are very friendly
