MITS-A Career Changing Instituition

Everything was fine for me no complaints.Only negative thing is campus is not so big.Quality of education was very nice.Faculty is the strength for my college as they are highly experienced and sharing very good knowledge to students.

Course curriculum was really great we had general subjects like environmental science and physics chemistry etc in first 2 semesters and from 3rd semester core subjects have started and also few programming languages like C, R,Java,Data structures till 7th semester. Only one thing i felt was in my first sem we had python programming language as that was new for us just after coming from intermediate it took time to adjust so could not be able to concentrate well and learnt well it would have been much better if that subject would be in 3 or 4th semester or later.

Our college is having maximum placement rate in Andhra Pradesh.In our batch out of 1000 people around 900 got placed in different companies with decent package and i have also got placed in TATA Consultancy services.Our college does not offer any internship instead they send us to different companies for 3months/6months internship at the end of 6th semester.

Like other colleges we celebrate Freshers day in the month of August/September and Annual day in the month of March.On Annual day prize distribution for toppers and various cultural programmes will happen.Apart from these we celebrate 2 day Techno cultural Sports fest named Ashv every year in the month of Jan/Feb.

Our College fee structure is not so expensive as per my feeling.It was 78900 per year in that government paid 35000 as i got seat in convenor quota so i had to pay 53900 every year which was feasible.

Our college didn't offered any scholarship specially but they used to make us apply for many scholarships for students.Caste based,Merit based scholarship also.By the way i have not got selected for any of the scholarship.

Our college has very good laboratory with good equipment.Our faculty always used to give lot of important to Practical work.Also we had good playground and gym we used to play lots of sports named throw ball, badminton etc.

Our college is having an exclusive alumini website and they will conduct meetings quarterly and will be in touch with Senior students. Sometimes they used to brought placed seniors to classes for guidance.

At the end of my intermediate(+2) i attended for AP EAMCET examination which has been compulsory for those who want to get seat in convenor quota and avail Reiumbersement (35000) from government.In that i got 19000 rank which was acceptable for CSE course in MITS college and after that In councelling i had to opt some colleges and courses and MITS is one among those.After that i got seat in Computer Science and Engineering.

Faculty were really motivating and encouraging.They used to clear all my doubts and guided well about career also apart from course.Not only they taught us subjects but also they gave us general knowledge and about Social Activities and Values.
