Our college is one of the top universities in Chennai and they give equal importance for every student mainly on fees structure (not on religious basis). Very eco-friendly and greenish campus. Food accommodation is good.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is about computer science in Engineering(B.tech). We have two cycle test for internals which is considered as half of the semester marks and a main end semester exam will be conducted and it will be taken as the balance semester marks
Placement Experience
Yeah placement opportunities are likely good in our college and for a week minimum 2 to 3 companies will come over here and take averagely half of the students especially in our department. I don’t know about intership in our college. I think we have to search for intership outside and they will only provide OD for that.
College Events
Orion(Main Cultural of our college), Cres Carnival(Food stall,dances and games), Vanavil(About tamil culture), Crestech(About technical), And every department has separate events and for us -Talent hunt, Ec meet.
Fee Structure And Facilities
By cut off basis they allot fee structure for everyone. When compared to other college it is more expensive than that. Most of the students in our college pay about 2,00,000 to 3,00,000 including me
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college will provide schoarship for students who doesn’t have any arrear in any subjects every year(who are all applied for that). I don’t know about the loan facility in our college whether they are providing or not
Campus Life
Many extracurricular activities were conducted by our students in our college with their permission like dance,singing talent events etc. Labs are well maintained andwhich they are having expensive machines. For sports also they are giving more important. In our college ball badminton and basketball is mostly played.
Hostel Facilities
I’m not a hosteller now for past one year. For past 3 years I was staying in hostel and it has a good infrastructure. Every student has a separate cot, cupboard and for five rooms 3 toilets and 3 bathrooms are provided. Has a common ground for all to play. Washing machine room and gym is also provided and a prayer hall too. 24/7 ambulance is also there for emergencies .
Alumni/Alumna
Yeah they were more helpful as well as for our studies and for our carrier. They only conduct more events in our college for us.They They also motivate us to participate in more of the events in every department functions and events.
Admission
I wrote an entrance exam for this and i was selected for that.And they told to come on a date for admission and I also attended that.by cut off basis.they alloted the fee amount I was selected for this computer science course
Faculty
My faculties are good at their subjects and I’m also having senior staffs for my subjects so they were well experienced in this.Some staffs like some other department staff are little rough for our department students for first two years.
