Our college in very good in academic purpose and in sports also they are very good they give grace marks for students of sports club how represent our college, our college conduct so many programs and our college provides valuebased education

Course Curriculum Overview

Good, our branch didn't have exams.they give our GPA though the assignment, quiz,projects,labassignments.and for other branches they keep t1,t2 and endsem exams. And through quiz they give some marks that will be added to our gpa.

Placement Experience

The placements in our college are very good This year we got 33 lacks package as high till now the process is going on 4th Year students going to main branch at Coimbatore campus for their placements.The placements are held at Coimbatore campus

For first year students they held Kalakriti (Fresher's day) it held in August they kept so many events The event are kept by our seniors. The kept so many programs to us. To enjoy. I enjoyed a lot on that day.

The fee structure of college is 2.6 lach for every branch and 90k for hostel and food. They give scholarship for merit students on tussion fee as 90Percentage for 33 members and 75 percent for 33 members and50 percent for 60 members

The labs are very good.we have cse labs, mechanical labs, eee labs, robotics lab etc. We have sports like volleyball, cricket, hockey, football, basketball, tennis, athletic and chess, Handball, And for girls basketball, tennis, athletic etc.

Alumni/Alumna

Our senior students are very friendly with juniors ,they help us in every thing when we ask help for anything they help us with out any hesitation and our seniors in sports they help us to learn new tricks in the sports.

Admission

Through entrance exam I got seat in the college I got 804 rank in the entrance exam so I got seat in the college in artificial intelligence branch I got to know about this through my relatives and in the my +2 college

Faculty

Our faculty members are good 40 percent of the are PhD scholars and every one had completed their mtech, some of them have completed their m tech in amrita university here itself. Every one teaches in a good way.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

I applied for vit, snu, cuet examination. I couldnt get vit because of high rank, in cuet exam i got seat at pondicherry university. but still chose amrita for its reputation, infrastructure, and curriculum. first you should attend an entrance examination called AEEE escpecially for amrita vishwa vidhyapeetham, which has 2 phases. after both phases you get placed in a ranking system. for each range of ranks each department holds a rank exceptancy of the entrance participants. other than AEEE you can also get throw using JEE marks...Read More

A decent university

I applied to many colleges like Thapar College, Manipal College, VIT, and LPU and others. I got selected from many colleges, but I chose this college because of its ranking as it ranked 4th best university and 1st in the best private university. This was the only reason for the selection. Now it is also the 7th best university in india and 2nd in private universities. I only got rejected from the Manipal College of Engineering, and they didn't mention the reason for the rejection, but I assume the entrance exam was not so good for me. I rejected other colleges because I find Amrita University better than others. There are many ways to get admission, like from JEE mains or advanced and Amrita's own exam, AEEE.
