Discussion about my College

There is no as such negative about my college. But there are lot of things which should be more improved. Like the food & Canteen service, the lab works and all.these things should be more improved so that students can get better quality for their studies.

Being a general college, there is no as such placements or internships like Engineering, Management colleges and all. It all depends upon the students themselves like how they take their next step for their future. But yes, there are many seniors who went to better places are completing all their studies and became successful in life.

For CBCS system, the fee structure is quite different from the 1+1+1 system. Beside the admission of every year year, students have to pay for every exam held in every six months, which increases with every semester. So, as an overall it can be said that the fee structure is not so expensive but being a govt. college it is quite high

No such scholarships or loan facilites are offered from my college. But I think it would be helpful for the students who are meritorious but quite weak financially. It will also encourage the students too for their better study.

Talking about extracurricular activities like drama, dancing, singing and all, there are no specific team of my college. But there occurs some events where various students connected with different extracurricular activists take part.About labs, being from a science background I know that our science departments are good with their faculties but our lab should be more enriched with equipments. For adapting new system i.e. CBCS(Semester system) practicals - lab works have been increased. But all the instruments-equipments needed for our study are not available right now. So I think lab should be more improved.

Senior students are very helpful. They always help us whenever we want. We have very good relationship with seniors of its as well as juniors. Beside studies, we do lots of fun in departmental activites too.

After applying for admission, a provisional merit list and then a final merit list was given for selected candidates. Then through SMS & mail, I was called for the 1st councelling on a specific date. Then my documents were verified and seat was booked for me. After completing my payment through online, my admission was completed successfully.

Our college faculties are very good and helpful to us, to the students. They always help us for our betterment. Though I personally think, we need some more faculties in several departments. It will be very helpful.
